🌟 What happens when you’ve spent years answering questions on stage & decide it’s time to start asking them? For Cristina Marinucci, co-founder & co-host of SHeCOMMERCE Podcast, the answer was creating a platform for the candid conversations she wanted to hear more often. After speaking at conferences & sharing her expertise on commerce, retail media, AI & leadership, Cristina was ready to dig deeper into the questions that don’t always make it onto the conference stage. When she met co-founder Jacqui Dynowski through an executive leadership program, the two clicked, bringing complementary perspectives together to launch a podcast exploring the future of commerce & the women shaping it.

🌟 Cristina is passionate about challenging the expectations placed on women in leadership. She’s experienced how being outspoken, ambitious or a mother can influence how others perceive your abilities. Over time, she realized the answer wasn’t to make herself smaller, but to embrace the qualities that make her a stronger leader. Her advice to women starting out? Don’t wait until you feel completely ready. Raise your hand, take the opportunity, & learn as you go. Confidence often comes after the leap, not before it. She also recommends Likeable Badass by Alison Fragale, which explores how women can earn respect & build connection without compromising who they are.

She wants the next generation of women to expect equal opportunity & respect, rather than feel lucky just to be included. 🌟 Sometimes life takes us in a completely unexpected direction, & Bianca Saracini of Swede&Sour Bakery has navigated several of those on her way to establishing the coziest bakery in Doylestown. Initially a torn rotator cuff took her out of a 20-year career as a hairstylist. She learned the art of sourdough bread making while rehabbing her shoulder & quickly developed a passion that led to her first bakery, Nord Bread, opened with a business partner. Following the loss of that business in 2023, she took time to reflect on what she wanted next & ultimately opened Swede&Sour on her own.

🌟 Bianca’s approach to business is rooted in empathy & genuine human connection. Rather than turning to traditional business books or podcasts for inspiration, she listens to stories about people overcoming personal challenges, always looking for ways to better understand others. That curiosity has helped her build close relationships with her customers, sharing in both their joys & their sorrows. As Bianca puts it, she’s given plenty of “floury hugs” along the way. Her advice to others? Set firm boundaries in every area of life. They’re better for you & kinder to the people around you in the long run.

🌟 Looking ahead, Bianca hopes to grow Swede&Sour into more than a bakery. She would love to use it as a community space for people with special needs. Having navigated major personal & professional changes, she knows firsthand the value of finding your footing, creating a life that feels right for you & making room for others along the way. She also knows that everything is better served with fresh bread!

🌟 Sometimes the biggest leaps in life lead us exactly where we’re meant to be. For Amanda Sheroff, MS, LPC, founder of Let’s Thrive Therapy, that journey began with her own experience in therapy at age 20, which sparked a passion for helping others. After years working in group practice, an unexpected move to Singapore with her husband opened the door to something new: starting her own business from scratch. With no local network or built-in community, Amanda grew a practice serving women from more than 40 countries around the world. When her family returned to Doylestown, she knew she wanted to keep going.

🌟 Motherhood brought another important shift, helping Amanda recognize just how rewarding & challenging it can be to juggle family, relationships, & the many transitions that come with being a woman. Today, through Let’s Thrive Therapy, she focuses on supporting women in their marriages, family dynamics, & life transitions. Her advice to other women considering a big leap? “Don’t ever let your fear be bigger than your abilities.” For Amanda, that means trusting what you bring to the table, staying open to learning & remembering that you don’t have to have every step figured out before you begin.

🌟 Shannon Lelli has never been afraid to take a leap of faith. At just 24, she chose a business loan over a college loan to open Planet Smoothie, driven by a belief that the world needed healthier fast food options. Years later, she found herself stepping into another business opportunity when her dad retired & her two 20-year-old sons expressed interest in continuing the family’s upholstery business, JET Upholstery & Drapes.

🌟 Shannon’s journey has come full circle in the best way. While running Planet Smoothie & raising four children, she was able to be a stay-at-home mom & homeschool her kids. Now, she’s back in the upholstery business alongside her adult children, while one of her daughters works at the smoothie shop. Through every chapter, Shannon credits God with shaping her path, sharing that the Bible is her greatest source of inspiration. Her advice to other women in business? “Don’t fear & trust God!”
