Raising your frequency isn’t about becoming someone else.

It’s about tuning into your highest self. ↑

Decades of my own healing journey lead me to find my passion for creating intentional spaces where movement, sound, art, and community come together…in a new way.

Where connection is felt.

Where healing and freedom have space to bloom.

A new season begins soon…

And it’s waiting for you to be part of it. ✨

Hi, I’m Sarah — founder of Daily Accountability Wellness ✨

DA exists because growth doesn’t happen in one big moment.
It happens in the small, daily choices we make to care for ourselves, stay honest, and keep going.

This is your reminder: you don’t need a reset.
You just need accountability, intention, and consistency.

✨ Hi, I’m Sarah Rae ✨

I’ve been practicing yoga for over a decade, and through it I’ve found a way to come home to myself — to pause, to breathe, and to find center even when life feels overwhelming. Yoga has been my compass, reminding me that growth comes not from perfection, but from showing up with honesty and care.

Out of this journey came Daily Accountability Wellness (est. 2017). What started as a personal practice of holding myself accountable each day has evolved into a community rooted in wellness, mindfulness, and compassion.

In 2020, I set a sankalpa — a deep intention — to create a safe and inclusive space where every BODY could move, heal, and connect. That vision continues to guide me as I share yoga and daily accountability practices that remind us each day is a fresh chance to align with who we are becoming.

✨ Every 24 hours is a blank canvas. ✨

What we choose to think, feel, and do shapes our lives. When we take accountability for what’s within our control, we step into our authentic power and create meaningful change — in ourselves and in the world around us.

I’m so grateful you’re here. Let’s flow, grow, and rise together. 🌞

✧Happy International Yoga Month✧

I started yoga for a workout. I stayed long enough to realize it was never really about the workout. Somewhere between the first time I stepped onto my mat and the person I’m still becoming, yoga started teaching me how to live.

✧Ahimsa taught me to be a little kinder to myself.
✧Satya taught me to be honest with myself, even when I didn’t like the answer.
✧Tapas taught me that discipline isn’t about forcing myself through everything. It’s about knowing what matters enough to keep showing up for.
✧Svadhyaya taught me to actually look at myself — my patterns, my reactions, my ego, the things I avoid and get curious instead of running from them.
✧Aparigraha taught me to let go. Of people. Of outcomes. Of old versions of myself. Of the idea that I can control everything.

And eventually, I started noticing these lessons EVERYWHERE.
In my relationships.
In hard conversations.
In uncertainty.
In loss.
In starting over.
In the moments when no one is watching.

That’s when I realized yoga wasn’t something I was only practicing on a mat anymore. It was changing how I moved through my life.
How I respond.
How I listen.
How I handle discomfort.
How I treat myself when things don’t go the way I wanted.

I started yoga for the movement.
I stayed for the practice.
And somewhere along the way, the practice became my life. 🙏

Season 2 was a whole frequency of its own. ↑

Art that made us pause.
Movement that brought us back to ourselves.
Sound that moved through us.
Community that made it all feel a little more magic.

From gallery floors to rooftop sunsets, thank you to everyone who showed up, shared their energy, and helped bring this season to life.

This is High Frequency Flow.
You are the art. ✧

Until the next one. ☯︎

Beauty everywhere✨🥰☀️ by @sarahrizzay

Kinda had the best weekend ever 🥹✨& honestly, it felt really full circle. A celebration of the people, places, and things that have shaped me.

1. There are artists you listen to, and then there are artists you grow with. Seeing @realcoleworld for the 6th time with @taylurrtee took me right back through so many versions of myself ..high school, college, New York City, and everything in between.
What struck me most was watching someone who has reached this level of success still feel so authentically himself. No matter how big the stage gets, you can still feel the person underneath it. And maybe that’s what it’s all about. Staying true to yourself. Creating from a place that’s real. Not becoming or performing something just because the world tells you to.

2. Teaching a corporate yoga class and watching two very different parts of my life collide proving wellness belongs in rooms that didn’t exist until recently. S/o @persiangalll for the opportunity ✨

3. @rufusdusol for the 7th time with my people. Always pure magic. Rufus is the soundtrack to my favorite memories 🤌

4. Closing out @highfrequencyflow.co X People, Places & Things (🖼️ @juliandonaldson ) Season Two 🥹 having the opportunity to bring together art, movement, sound, community, creatives and healers I admire has been a DREAM.

Looking around this weekend, it all felt connected.
The music. The people. The art. The work. The things that shaped me.

A reminder to keep creating, keep evolving, and most importantly keep being yourself.
That’s the frequency. ↑

Feeling so grateful. 🤍🙏✨❤️‍🔥 #denvergirl #highfrequencyflow #333 by @sarahrizzay
