presence isn’t just a wellness concept. it’s a design principle. it’s a life principle. when you slow down and actually pay attention to how people experience things- spaces, screens, how they consume- you build differently.

you notice what people need before they can even articulate it.

that’s how anything that i build actually converts- every website, every space- all with intention. that’s the whole philosophy behind how i work🌿

$I lived in PR for such a short fraction of my life in comparison to everywhere I’ve moved but it’s the only place that’s felt like home. What am I grateful for from 2025? it’s not the lessons I learned, the challenges and BS people i surpassed nor is it the different fun side quests- it’s the 1 am call from my best friend saying “what if I just booked our flights- would you stop crying, get up off the floor and go?” A few weeks later we landed and for the first time in what felt like ages I felt like I could BREATHE again. just for a second. That was all I needed. I came back home, dealt with even more insane shit (I should write a novel, truly) and the only reason I was able to is because Puerto Rico reminded me of who I am. Screw it if it’s corny but it’s true. I’m grateful to be a Cuban-American woman. I’m grateful for 2025, for all my friends who showed up because they knew me when no one else did. And also because my toxic trait is that one time my grandmother told me “you can do anything you want” and I believed her. PS. fun lil fact. last slide was my apartment. i miss her. by @sarahrochele$
