this indoor season was a season full of mental and physical growth. i can finally say that i cleared a new personal best of 3.80m (12ft 5.5in), but that’s not the only thing i’m proud of.

after a year of having trouble adjusting to college, multiple panic attacks, and several therapy appointments later, i have learned to be resilient when things are difficult and aren’t going my way. I also have so much more self confidence than i did this time last year. i am so thankful for everyone who has helped me get to where i am today, whether it was my parents, coach, athletic trainer, friend, past or current teammate, sibling, etc.

with that being said, it’s time to play outside!!! bring it on outdoor season!!💜🏴‍☠️ by @sarahsmith_77
