Two incredible days on the river with the Carmel River Steelhead Association. 🎣
Huge respect for this crew for the hard work they do. We rescued 1,128 fish from drying pools, pit-tagged dozens for tracking, and released them safely back to flowing water.

This is a book that begins with the quiet, miraculous, enduring, bad-ass capacity of women and is ultimately about the unseen forces of transformation that make us human and deeply connected.

I can’t wait to share it with you! by @sarammmmmmm

Incredible joint field trip to the intertidal with my class and the Invertebrates Zoology, and Marine Algae students. An afternoon with biologists is a gift. Thank you Brooke Weigel and Robin Elahi for this collaboration! #hopkinsrose #hopkinsrosenudibranch #seastars #hopkinsmarinestation by @sarammmmmmm

We had a wonderful and inspiring morning at our friends’ @toomandesign studio, who generously hosted a silkscreen printmaking workshop for our nekubi artists in residence.

From start to finish, we explored the entire process of screen printing, learning techniques, experimenting with materials and enjoying plenty of creative introductory fun along the way.

Huge thanks to Michalis for his hospitality and for sharing his expertise so generously. A truly enriching experience for everyone involved! by @sarammmmmmm
