And by “call” I mean I’m crying in my car listening to Aelin and Rowan reunite 😭

I didn’t think it was possible to love ToG anymore than I did the first time around, but the way some of these scenes are hitting on the reread just has me like 😭🥹🫠😍

QOTD: Are you doing either a partial or full Maasverse reread?? If so where are you at??

The Just Ghouly Things pjs are so cute I can say with absolute certainty I’ll be wearing them year round, the Cosmo Cowgirl sweat set is quite possibly the softest thing I own, and the @authormirandalyn jammies?!? Sav knows that I absolutely LOVED Hide the Witches so this was the most delightful surprise 😭🥹

A moment for all of the amazing humans I got to see this weekend 🫶🏻

I met @hand_me_my_kindle at the first bookish event I went to solo, where we bonded over an inability to decide on what to order at brunch and ended up sharing a few things(which is my love language) and our obsession with all things @melissa_k_roehrich 😂 we’ve now been to 3 different bookish event across the country, and have at least one more on the books for 2027!

@catyrogan you were the sweetest human! I’ve loved being on your street team, and I truly can’t wait for Blessed by the Damned!

@melissa_k_roehrich I love that this was the 3rd time I’ve seen you this year and I still had a stack of books for you to sign 😂 It’s always so lovely see you!

@sarasurraa_ I just love you. That’s it 💜

@cortneylwinn Thanks for writing “smut clown” in my book. I’ll cherish it forever 🥹

@alyssalovesbooks I feel like I’ve known you for ages, but it was so good to finally get to meet you in person!

@authorljandrews thank you thank you thank you for throwing the best party!!! It was such a fun weekend getting to celebrate the release of The Stolen Crown with the Wicked Darlings 🩵

*Peep the last picture of me living out my pirate dreams climbing up to the crows nest of the ship at the revel 😂

Had the best time celebrating @authorljandrews newest release in The Ever Seas series this past weekend! From a pajama party, to a signing/conversation night, to a scavenger hunt, to a revel where we danced the night away, I know this weekend is going to be on replay in my brain for a long time ☺️

Number of books read 10/3-10/10: 3

Queen of Shadows ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The Stolen Crown ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Vesselless⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Goodreads Goal: 141/125

On my first time through reading ToG, Queen of Shadows was where I really started getting into the story, and while I have loved the first 4 books even more this time around, QoS will always hold a special place in my heart. Aelin is such a badass in this book, and I love seeing her schemes start playing out. The reunion scene with Rowan is still one of my favorite moments in the entire series, and “I’ll bleed whatever color you tell me to” is still one of the best lines in the Maasverse 😍

Stepping back into one of LJ Andrews worlds is always a delight, and The Stolen Crown was no exception! I loved Mira and Tate’s story from start to finish. The ship-wrecked setting was so much fun, the banter had me kicking my feet, and the spice was soooo good! Like good enough I had to turn the font size on my kindle because I was reading it in public 😂

Vesselless has been on my tbr for well over a year, and I’m so happy that getting to meet Courtney Winn over the weekend pushed me to finally move it up the list! The magic system in this book is super unique(humans bond with souls and channel their power through rings), and the tension between the FMC and MMC was so delicious! I wished we’d gotten a bit more world building and explanations on the gods/realms, but hoping that’s coming in book 2!

What are you reading this week??
