Victory lap comin’ atcha!! I am so proud of all the miles I’ve put in. The early mornings, the lunch runs, the long runs snuck in during nap time or before the sun rises. I’m so proud to show my little guy what a strong mama looks like. One who never gives up, one who works hard for something that sometimes seems impossible. I’m proud to have raised $7700 for @donatelifenys for a cause near and dear to me. So thank you for cheering 📣 and supporting me. Less than 24 hours to go!! by @saratennity

Had ourselves a weekend celebrating @maxwellington_goto and @alexisgokey!! 💕💕 Cheers to the newly minted Mr & Mrs Goto 💒 by @saratennity

26.2 miles is nothing compared to what one decision can give someone: a second chance at life. 💚💙

As a transplant nurse practitioner, I watch it happen — a single yes to organ donation turns into hope, time, and a future for those who are waiting. This November, I’m lacing up for the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon with Team Donate Life NYS to help spread that message farther than I can run.

Every mile and early (way.too.early.) morning is for someone still waiting. Want to be someone’s yes? Register as an organ donor 👉 https://donatelifenys.org/register

There’s still time to help support my efforts: https://p2p.onecause.com/2026nycmarathon/sara-tennity

And just like that… you are 2 ✨✨

Never in a million years could I have guessed how much I would love you. You fill this world with so much joy and I’m so happy you made me a mom, your mom. 💕💕 by @saratennity

🥵🥵🥵 Fun fact I conveniently forgot: fall marathons = training through peak summer heat on legs that are already staging a protest.

But we’re almost a month in and my pacing? ✨chef’s kiss✨ (my quads, however, have filed a complaint)

Running 26.2 miles is hard. Waiting for an organ transplant is harder — and that’s the real race. Help me raise awareness (and donations!) for @donatelifenys as I run the NYC Marathon — link in bio 💚 by @saratennity

Happy Fathers Day to our #1 guy 💕 You are the best dad and I’ve never known a luckier boy to have you as his dad. We love you!! by @saratennity

🩵💚🩵💚 On the first day of #donatelifemonth , I am so excited to announce 📢 that I am part of the inaugural team running 🏃‍♀️ the NYC Marathon for @donatelifenys! Along with two other runners, I will be running the streets of NYC to raise awareness and honor all those who are waiting, for those who’ve received a second chance, those who have made an unbelievable gift and the families that have made a selfless decision in moments of profound loss.

Please take some time to learn about Donate Life, make sure you’re signed up for organ donation, and learn more about this life altering and life saving mission.

If you feel so moved, we are raising not only awareness but $$ to help advance #donatelife and you can help me reach my goal here ➡️ https://p2p.onecause.com/2026nycmarathon/sara-tennity by @saratennity

Today ➡️ one year ago. I have a hard time even contemplating the little man you’ve already become. You make every day a little brighter, a little sillier and a whole lot more interesting. We love you E!! 💕🎂 by @saratennity
