🦉 RESIDENT SPOTLIGHT 🦉:
SARATONIX is a Spokane based, multi genre DJ originally from Southern California. After moving to Coeur D’alene in 2022, she found her place in the Pacific Northwest music scene and has been DJing for the past two years. With a sound rooted mainly in tech house, she brings versatility, high energy, and a strong focus on reading the room to every set.

In a short time, SARATONIX has grown quickly within the scene, becoming a familiar name in Spokane while expanding her reach into Seattle and other cities across the region. She has played Seattle’s Day Trip Festival, as well as venues such as LEVEL1, Q Nightclub, Trinity Nightclub, Riverside Place, and the Knitting Factory. In her 2 years playing, she has also shared the stage with artists such as TCHAMI, Bear Grillz, Vastive, Classmatic, Haylee Wood, Ian Asher, Nic Vans, Buku, and Ozztin.

Her first residency was at Night Owl, where she quickly fell in love with the bar, the people, and the community, developing a genuine passion. What started as a residency has grown into a much bigger role in helping shape what’s next. Catch her 1st and 3rd Saturday’s, and sometimes behind the bar 🦉🤍 by @saratonix

today is the first day in an extremely long time that i’ve really been able to sit down and reflect on what my life has become these past two years. the amount of amazing people i’ve either just crossed paths with for a short time, or truly built lasting relationships with are 50% of the reason i do this. there are points where i am so freakin exhausted, but then i get a text or see an old picture that brings me right back to complete nostalgia because i realize how much beauty that music and this scene has brought me. the community has suffered a lot of loss the past few weeks, and seeing how people have shown up for each other just makes these feelings so much more. for me, none of this would matter if it weren’t for the people. love each other, be kind, tell people you love them, and never stop dancing ♥️ i love you guys by @saratonix

tomorrow october 8th we will be hosting a memorial night for @djfreakyfred at @nightowlspokane . Fred’s family is trying to fly him home to Africa, so all donations and a large portion of the bar’s proceeds will be going to them. this is not going to be the main benefit event that has been discussed, just something the night owl family is wanting to hold in addition to the future one. this will be a place to come together as a community and celebrate the life of a special person that was very close to so many of us. the direct link to donate to his family is in my bio as well 🕊️ taken in Spokane, Washington by @saratonix
