Gracias @reoceancom 💙
Y gracias Happy @edwin.gonzalezmurillo por no dejarnos morir en el mar jajaja taken in Nuquí by @sarayubarta

Come Flow with us on Tuesday! (Slight change in our design 😅✨❤️🧚‍♀️)

The colder seasons have now come and we will now be training indoors, so no need to worry about the weather.

We will have flow sessions October 13, 20, 27 November 3, 10, 17, 24
Pilestredet 30, 0166 Oslo

(Read guidelines below before joining)

This is an association created by students of the University of Oslo that love to flow with different kinds of props like poi, hoops, juggling, staff or more! (You do not have to be a student to join). Got any cool props you like to practice with? Don’t have any but want to try? Join us!

What is flow arts? Flow arts uses concepts from global traditions such as poi spinning (originated from the Maori people of New Zealand) or for example martial arts (staff and sword handling). Different props have different origins and today there have been new ones like gloving for example, originating in raves!

Flowing is about enjoying movement and can be interpreted in different ways -> here is a link where you can learn more: https://www.drexfactor.com/index.php?q=weirdscience/2016/03/14/history_flow_arts_part_1

Wanna learn more but in video format? Check out this awesome video from DrexFactor on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oqemAYhTi9Q

We will bring props/toys that we have (hoops, poi) but definitely bring your own if you have! Bring your led props if you have any <3

We will have meetups every Tuesday at 16:30. We now have an inside venue so we do not have to worry about the weather🙂

I love my job

I love being able to talk to kids and adults about our natural history and how humans impact on this planet is causing negative effects and how we can work together and build a world where we can hope for a better future. Let's normalize taking care of our planet and our resources. It's cool to care about each other.

Thank you Eirin for the pics ✨ by @sarayubarta
