I Took 3 pictures in Los Angeles this weekend. No travel Shenanigans this time around.
1. IN n OUT is Cheap and Good! - I definitely gained a few pounds but Air Canada didn't charge me for that.
2. My Grandma (97) flew in from Vancouver and came back 98! Pretty incredible.
3. Two awe inspiring individuals got married this weekend but lets be honest they were inspiring to begin with.

So I normally don't post stuff like this but this one is special. I have been working on this project for the last year and a half. I have worked with an incredible team of people to bring this to life and without them, it would not have been possible (builder, designer, stager, architect, investors).

So... I went to my Urologist the other day for regularly scheduled maintenance on Sgt. Slaughter (no one calls it that) and while I was there the Doc tickeled my ball (I only have one, it's a long story...TMI). He did this to lighten the mood a bit, to make an uncomfortable situation a bit more pleasant. (I have spoken to other Urologists and they say this is normal practice and is usually a paid for service)
The reason I am telling you this is because sometimes the unconventional way of doing things, works. It may not be what you want and you may want to same old boring, monotonous thing but I am not that guy.
I am not the guy to talk about statistics or what interest rates are doing and I likely won't be asked my opinion by any media outlets but I will get the job done for you.
I am blessed to have made the top 10% of Realtors for the 13th year and I appreciate all those folks who continue to stand by me and let me do things in my unconventional ways, videos and all.
You are the best clients and your happiness is my happiness.
If you are going to be in debt for the rest of your life, why not enjoy the process.
I hate to post dumb work stuff like this but if I don't tell you I am selling stuff on the regular then how will you know? by @sarfyv

This past week we did a thing. After our good friends sudden passing we decided it was time to bring some light into our lives and connect with some familiar faces. Sometimes from sadness you can bring joy and all these souls came together to make this an incredible night. Faces we hadn't seen in a long time, together again, no name tags were needed, the hugs and happiness in everyones faces and eyes were witnessed all night.
Some incredible individuals could not make it but I assure you, we will do this again.
When companies grow, sometimes culture changes but before that, these are the friendships that occur. Don't forget those people, stay in touch and keep them close to you. They are the OG's, they were there before all the hype, these are your true friends.
Mental Illness is a thing and if we see someone struggling we must step in. Take time out of your busy schedule to check up on people. Sleep an hour less and have that meaningful conversation because out of everyone in the world that person reached out to you for help. RIPCK.
The Best thing in life is life!
Special shout out to @renei11.11 @jeskalozada @_michelle.wong_ for helping organize this lovely event and for not showing up on time 😂.
