On the Raw Machine row, it’s all about where you place the stress:

Wide grip → more mid-back (rhomboids & traps) + strong upper back squeeze

Neutral grip → balanced feel between lats and mid-back

Close grip → more lat focus with a deeper pull and stretch

Don’t just pull the handle… choose what you want to grow.
