Words cannot express the respect I have for this sport & the gratitude I have for everyone who played a part in this journey for me. Whether through a simple conversation or a reminder of what it is I’m chasing. Here’s to celebrating today, and hunting the kill tomorrow. by @sarijapo

Hard To Kill. All grit. No play. End of story. by @sarijapo

10 months. I committed to one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, not just to win, but to test my grit and earn a deeper respect for myself.

My first show was a win before I ever stepped on stage. I worked relentlessly to build this physique, heal my relationship with food, and understand that discomfort wasn’t punishment, but part of the process of chiseling away at the old version of me. I’m proud to have put my work up for critique, and competed alongside women who share the same love and respect for this sport. I left with gratitude and humility from knowing exactly what went into the work.

No one sees the work and they don’t need to. The results will speak when it’s time. I’m proud of this woman.

And when it’s time to see who came hungriest—
I intend to make sure the answer is always me. by @sarijapo

4 days post-show. Food was enjoyed. +5 lbs from stage weight.

Calories are up. Lines aren’t as tight. Forcing myself not to be afraid of it.

Stage lean is addicting, but so is growth in the off-season.

Wins are reasons to double the effort. This is where we hunt. by @sarijapo
