این کلیپ برای ۴-۵ماه پیشه و من الان خیلی قوی تر از اون موقع ام و امیدوارم دوباره شرایطش پیش بیاد که برم رو تاور
اما خواستم تا توضیحی به شمای بیننده داده باشم
درسته انجام حرکت رو ارتفاعه اما قبلش مدل های مختلف تمرین های جسمی و ذهنی انجام شده و هم جسم هم ذهن آماده انجام این کار شده و کسی که این کار رو انجام میده دلیل بر این نیست که از ارتفاع نمیترسه به این معنیه که تونسته فاکتور ارتفاع رو تو زاویه دیدش نداشته باشه و بتونه همون کاری که رو زمین انجام میده رو تو ارتفاع پیاده کنه و این چالش ذهنیه خفنیه
قطعا آدرنالین و هیجان داره ولی با آگاهی انجام میشه
لطفا سعی به انجام این کار نکنید اگر هم از خواستید حداقل از کسایی که این کار رو با تسلط انجام میدن کمک بگیرید تا راهنماییتون کنن

A little late posting this one 😅
This was about a month and a half ago, when I took 1st place in the women’s handstand competition 🥇🤸‍♀️

Looking back at this video now, I can already see how much progress I’ve made since then and there’s still so much more to come.

I’m really happy I found this community. It’s pushed me to challenge myself, enjoy the process, and keep working on becoming stronger and better every day. 💪🏼✨
