A weekend full of family and animals. What more could a girl ask for? 🥰🐴

The last pic sums up the Sarley mentality perfectly 😂

Last week marked a very important benchmark in my health journey. As of last week, I have lost over 100 lbs!

My journey started in May 2023, and it has been a rough one. Some periods were really good, filled with celebration, love, and laughter. Others were not so good, filled with anger, tears, and some not so nice thoughts about myself.

But through all the highs and lows, I found myself where I am now. Thankful that I found the motivation and had the support I did to push me through the lows and my many cases of “fuck it”.

I wanted to give thanks to everyone who has helped support me through these times. And a special thanks to those who directly impacted my journey, @paulsciannasempoweringpunch and @kozmakinesthetics

I look forward to seeing what else I can accomplish in the upcoming months and years!

Would just like to give a few shoutouts:

Shoutout to Sofia, the only other horse fanatic in my family of like a billion people.
Shoutout to animals for existing.
Shoutout to Nico for running me into many trees, but NOT killing me.
Also, shoutout to the tree for the photobomb in the first pic. taken in Buck Creek State Park by @sarleynotsorry

From celebrating my cousin’s love, to celebrating 25 years around the sun ❤️ 🎉 ☀️

My body is still recovering from all the margaritas, guacamole, and ice cream cake I inhaled this weekend. So if I look half dead this week, no I don’t. by @sarleynotsorry
