It’s called “birthday month” because one day simply lacks ambition. #julydump by @sarsistar

The vision was executed. Behind the scenes of my birthday editorial photoshoot, from Pinterest board to studio setup. Safe to say the photographer understood the assignment. Still my favorite shoot to date.

Happy Birthday to my favorite person.

Thank you for making life an adventure. Here’s to many more beach walks, crazy business ideas, and vacations with the cat. ❤️

I usually train in 10oz gloves, so I expected these 14oz to feel bulky. They didn’t.

They’re designed specifically for women’s hands, and you can actually feel the difference in the fit. Secure wrist support, balanced padding, and surprisingly compact for a 14oz.

Thanks @bxhrlife for sending these over. Looking forward to getting plenty more rounds in with these. 🥊

Quick trip to Hong Kong 🇭🇰

Collected a few parcels for a project I’ve been quietly working on, ate an irresponsible amount of dim sum, and somehow came home with an even longer to-do list. For now, the parcels stay a mystery.

I’ve been into hot and cold protocols for almost 10 years now. I’ve always believed in the discipline behind it, the mental reset, the nervous system regulation, the feeling of doing difficult things on purpose.

Lately though, I realized I got a little too good at working remotely and disappearing into my own routine. Which is great for productivity, less great for remembering you’re supposed to be part of society occasionally.

So getting invited to @revivalsauna ‘s opening was actually very my thing. Saunas, cold plunges, recovery pools, turmeric drinks, good conversations and people voluntarily regulating their nervous systems.

I think places like this are quietly changing the way people socialize. Honestly? I kind of prefer it.
