𝑭𝒆𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑹𝒐𝒐𝒕𝒔2024𝒐𝒊𝒍 𝒐𝒏 𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒏 𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒆𝒍60 𝒙 42 𝒊𝒏🕷️Final week to see my show with @gps_one through 10/16 @francoisghebaly NY🕷️This painting grew out of conversations with other artists last spring about creative block/despair.I sought out methods for climbing out of a creative pit; I gathered so much nourishment, practical advice and compassion. This image eventually tumbled out, inspired directly, if loosely, by this Munch drawing (slide 2) that I had seen @clarkart in their revelatory show the previous year: a gravesite feeding the roots of new growth.Thank you friends who helped me find my way by @saschenke
