sometimes it’s so hard dealing with my chronic pain and I really struggle (both physically & mentally) with life and all of my body’s BS:/ but music and dancing are 1 of my fav love languages👯‍♀️🎶 so on days like this, I just try to release any negative energy, partake in the natural gifts that are given by GOD and MOTHER EARTH🌱🍄 and fully immerse myself in all the kick ass positive musical feels and high vibrations💫

I mos def struggle even more the next day & legit feel broken AF bcuz 9+ hrs of dancing is a whole lotta sauce 4 this old ass b🤣😻 but music makes my heart full & my spirit free, so as long as I’m still here- imma cont pushing through and simply said- just live my life🙏🏼

because it’s truly so fucking worth it and just like @edicallier said in his song- “I’m Not Coming Down” :)
