If you know me, you know I'm the ultimate wellness girly, mental health advocate, and psychology enthusiast.

I'm super excited to announce the launch of my practice Serenity Sound Healing!✨ For the past year I've been working toward becoming a trained sound healer and breathwork practitioner. As a recent graduate with a B.A. in psychology, now just two months away from graduating with my M.S. in applied psychology (Consumer Psychology & Organizational Psychology) I'm excited to expand my reach and work with more individuals, organizations, non-profits, companies! Thank you to my sound healing mentor Dr. Arianna Deans @ariannadeans to @bloom_holistichealing for giving me my first sound bath years ago and helping me get certified as a breathwork practitioner, as well as @jahmorrisjones for giving me the opportunity to work closely with formerly incarcerated individuals through Queens Build!

My practice is for the wellness girlies, the people who wish to align with their higher selves, those healing from trauma, those doing the work, those who are on a spiritual journey, those who aspire to achieve self actualization, and for all the lifelong students, curious souls, and fellow practitioners alike💜
