Officially in my powerlifting baddie era. 🖤

Three years ago, all I wanted was to lose weight. I never imagined my goal would become becoming the strongest, toughest version of myself.

Today wasn’t just about the numbers on the bar—it was about proving that discipline shows up long before the platform. Every early morning, every heavy lift, every sore muscle, every meal, every setback, and every time I chose to keep going led me here.

I stepped onto that platform and walked away with 2nd place. 🥈 But the biggest win wasn’t the medal—it was becoming the woman who believed she could do hard things.

To my coach: thank you for believing in me before I fully believed in myself, for pushing me, correcting me, encouraging me, and reminding me that one bad lift never defines an athlete. @samsonitegym

To my friends, family, my biggest support system thank you for every word of encouragement, every lesson, and every bit of support. I truly couldn’t have done this without you. Thank you for always believing in me and my goals!

Here’s to bigger totals, broken barriers, and showing women that strength, confidence, femininity, and being your sexy self can all exist in the same space.

As this 45 day challenge comes to an end today. I want to reflect back on all my hard work, my focus, my discipline, my will power and most importantly my need to be the best and better version of myself every single day.

PLEASE SWIPE THROUGH for some damn MOTIVATION!!!

It’s important to know ,this did not take me 45 days but 8 months and I’m just getting started! Focusing on my health this year has really been such a turning point for me and can be for anybody who sets their mind to it! You can literally accomplish any and everything you put your mind to as long as you’re dedicated and want it bad enough.

Please know that a support system is so huge in this. There will be times you’re frustrated , down and want to give up but when you have a community backing you and wanting to see you win you absolutely will win! So I thank you to my team, my coach, people in the gym who embraced me because they seen how hard I work my ass off. Your encouraging words , and amazing skills to push me through my sets have pushed me to be my absolute best!

This newfound lifestyle is definitely a change for the better and when I look back at my old pictures I CRINGE every damn time but it’s a reminder of how strong I am, how dedicated I am, and how BAD ASS I AM! With good health comes strength and with strength comes confidence and with confidence comes happiness !
