Summer 2026 , the best one so far?!

It all started with the best birthday party, followed by four months of birthday treats - Spa days, wine tasting, kayaking and plenty of dinners .

Feeling very spoilt and very lucky to have so many amazing people around me. Add in the trips, concerts, adventures… and getting to interview the incredible LaLaLaletmexplain for our pod.

As usual, feeling super grateful !

I guess it’s time to chill for a bit now… xx

Feeling good ✨

As I turn another year older soon…looking back at the past few years, there’ve definitely been a few ups and downs.

But through it all, I can honestly say I’m feeling the fittest and strongest I ever have. All my PBs have come in my 30s - who would’ve thought.

Let’s see what the next chapter brings…

Thanks for capturing me @dearalex_photo

Another successful solo trip ✔️

Mexico City, you absolutely impressed - the art, the culture, the vibe… unforgettable. Visiting Casa Azul, Frida Kahlo’s home, was a dream come true.

Stop waiting for the right time or the right person to join you. If you can afford it, fuck it, book it ✨

Well, well… my big mouth got me signed up for HYROX . Everyone knows I’m more of a weights girl working on that 🍑 so this was very different for me.

All that running? Still boring.

Huge thanks to @hodgelette for jumping into this with me, and to my amazing support crew on the day @fernanda.garza._ @jinal.30 ❤️

Super happy we smashed it — and honestly, it didn’t even feel that bad. But now… back to the weights 🍑✨

Australia — early morning coffees, sunsets, stunning nature, and nothing but good vibes.

And having the best host @margaritahltn 💛

Didn’t expect to enjoy it this much… but you definitely impressed 🇦🇺✨

Who says you need a reason to treat yourself?

One thing I seem to be good at is treating myself — and what better place for a little Solo-Moon than Bali?

Good food, daily massages, exploring, working out — I loved every minute. Bali is such a beautiful place, with some of the kindest people I’ve ever met.

I’ll be back 💛🌴
