POSTS STORIES REELS

It's been a while since I introduced myself...and have had an influx of new followers recently - so Welcome if that's you 💚🙏💚

I'm Saskia Marjoram ( yes my real surname 😊) and I'm a flower essence producer and practitioner and come from a background of being a professional gardener and florist ( including being assistant florist to the former Prince of Wales for a long time as well as having my own cut flower growing business) ...so plants ( but especially flowers) run deep in my veins....

It is from this deep grounded connection to plants that has grown over decades and a fascination of how flowers and humans interact that our essence range has grown over the last 20+ years.

For those that don't know, these are made in the same way as the Bach Flower Remedies ( think Rescue Remedy) and are usually taken as drops under the tongue to release and bring awareness to emotional and behavioural blocks that are stopping you reaching your highest potential.

I'm still constantly amazed by the shifts that they bring in people's lives 🌸🙏🌸 and pretty much every day people get in touch with how they have helped them...sometimes 'small things' like confidently asking for a pay rise, not feeling nervous at an interview, having clearer boundaries with the kids to much larger things like being able to sleep for the first time in years, releasing life long trauma, leaving an abusive relationship..... the list is endless.

A long time ago I made a pact with the flowers that I would do whatever I could to get them out to wherever they were needed and in exchange they would support me emotionally and financially...the deal is holding up so far 🙏😊 🙏 and I know that this is the 'work' I am here to do this time round ...

If you want to know more or want suggestions as to which essences you or a loved one might need, head over to my website ( #linkinbio) or message me - always happy to answer ANY questions however silly you might think they are.🌸

I was going through old photos the other day and came across these 😊 which reminded me just how far we've come, how long our essence blends have been around and what I've learnt along the way.

Hands up 🙋‍♀️ if you were customers when we had these labels

@christinefelce and I didn't intend to have a business selling essences we were just fascinated by how simple the essence making process is and curious as to what different essences might help people with...we both had several different jobs between us and chaotic families to deal with ...and a joint business was last thing on our minds but it seems the essences had a different plan 😂

More than 20 years later Christine is following her creative passion of printmaking and nearly 10 years ago (🤯) I took on the essences full time....

So looking forward to see where they are going to take me next 🌸✨️🌸

(ps. Our Accident and Emergency blend changed its name to Shock Release - as it's not just for emergencies)

All those people, all those complex lives, all those stories 😳..... I'm a country girl at heart but there's something about being in cities that is incredibly grounding and freeing 🤔 somehow the reality of just how many people there are on this planet is so much more real...and very sobering...but with that there's a hopefulness ....and it makes me want to get bigger and bigger and try to get the essences to as many as those people as possible 🌸✨️🌸...

In my day to day life I sometimes only see a dozen people who, if I so desire, I can make quite an influence on.... in the city I feel insignificant and less important which brings with it a freedom and a lightness, an invisibility.... and even though the buildings are high there is more space to be whoever I want 💃💃💃

I'd love to know if you country folk get a similar feeling when you visit the city....

Our essences travel the whole wide world to where they are needed ✨️🌸✨️

@mikescamp_kiwayu sent me this photo of an essence blend they needed for their dog who was having trouble with the new young dogs who were adjusting to their new environment and the rules and regulations they needed to obey....a complex situation at best 😳

I often recommend this blend for toddlers and teenagers with anger issues ( human or animal) as well as helping with masculine/male energy that is overpowering and about to get out of control ....

Get in touch if you need more info about this or any other of our blends 🌸🙏🌸

It's taken me years to get the method for making this cream down....but still every time it's touch and go whether it will emulsify or not and a massive sigh of relief when it does 💚🙏💚

Lots of prayers to the herbal cream making ancestors who always feel right by my side when I get the call .... or when enough people hassle me for more because they can't live without it.

This Aches and Pains cream is a bit of an 'under the counter' item as I don't get it tested due to cosmetic regulations being too pricy and I only ever make 30 or so jars at a time.... so instead of buying it you buy the empty jar and if you're lucky if it comes with cream inside 😉

It contains Organic oils infused with nettle seed and rosemary ( which the romans discovered was the perfect combination for joint pain), my own lavender hydrosol and this year my own rosemary essential oil ( a bit chuffed ☺️) as well as Willow flower essence for flexibility- that's it....

You'll find it over on the 'other products' page of the website 💚✨️💚

Bathing in the joy of afternoon autumn light 🤍✨️🤍

I've been recently ruminating on how having beautiful objects in your life enhances everything 💗...I'm blessed with having deep windowsills in my home now but wherever I've lived I've always had collections from nature - rocks, feathers, shells and sticks .....as well as things made by friends..... a need to have as much of the outdoors as possible around me when I'm inside perhaps 🤔

The healing energy of nature doesn't just come from plants, if we listen everything has a wisdom and teaching to impart.....

Keeping on keeping on.... this is the blend I recommend for anyone going through a hard time that feels like there is no end in sight...

It has essences that help you moving forward with hope and determination, knowing that you can cope with whatever the future holds and bringing, literally, some strength and support 🌸🙏🌸

If you are struggling and life feels really difficult and you can't find your #biggirlpants a few drops of this twice daily can really make a difference 💪

Swipe to see this blends mascot and one of my favourite treasures ✨️

As always ANY questions just ask 🌸

As the days and nights swing into balance make room for real rest as the grieving of the summer takes more out of our system than we realise.

One of my strongest memories of this incredible summer was misting a group of women with just a few drops of Olive essence in spring water at a session on mothering at @buddhafielduk festival. Literally within minutes they had all sunk to the ground allowing the deep healing of this powerful tree to work it's magic.

For the next hour we allowed space for them to acknowledge their exhaustion whilst feeling safe and protected and nurtured. Olive allows the strength and mothering of the earth to be welcomed and brings with it a knowing that we are always supported.

Olive trees can live for thousands of years enduring dry and abused conditions but still, every single year, they grow and produce fruit 🫒🫒🫒 She is a tree of regeneration, resilience and regrowth and can be a great help when you are recovering, feeling exhausted, or just old 🫒🙏🫒
