In just one month, 25 puppies were abandoned there. 💔 Every single one of them deserves a loving home, a safe place, and someone who will show them what it means to be loved.

A small, very personal glimpse into a day that will stay in my heart for a long time. ❤️

As part of my volunteer work with „Associação Mar Livre“ @marlivre.aljezur , I had the privilege of experiencing a very special day at Monte Clérigo last weekend, at the “most beautiful beach in Europe 2026.” 🌊☀️

It was the many little moments that made this day so special: the children’s smiles, the encounters with wonderful people, shared laughter and joy, and the presence of some very special people who made the day even more meaningful.

There is something truly beautiful about giving your time and energy to something that brings happiness to others. Seeing how small gestures can create meaningful moments is an experience that is difficult to put into words.

At the end of the day, we were tired — but it was that wonderful, contented kind of tiredness that comes from the heart. With a smile on our faces and many beautiful memories in our hearts, this special day came to an end. ❤️

Thank you to @marlivre.aljezur, especially to @jrenatobentes to be a part of it. It was a great pleasure, a true joy, and something very close to my heart. Muito Obrigada 🫶✨💛🌞

Sometimes,it is days like these that remind us just how precious community, togetherness, and giving a little of our time to others can be. 🌊❤️

HEYAH IT‘S ME

Between light and shadow,
I search for the moments
that quietly pass by,
yet leave something behind within us.

My way of seeing is a window into time.
It doesn’t capture an image —
it preserves a feeling,
a glance, a breath,
a fleeting moment that might otherwise be lost.

Because perhaps photography is nothing more
than an attempt to give the fleeting
a little bit of eternity.

And perhaps that is my passion:
to find beauty where others see only a moment —

A glimpse back to a Special time during the pandemic..

When I think about it today, I feel incredibly grateful for those experiences. Not being confined, but feeling free — being in places I never imagined I would one day be. Discovering places where hardly anyone was around, with only nature, the ocean, and me. It’s often the moments, especially the small ones, that, in retrospect, have given us so much.
