I have spent a lot of time hating my body, picking it apart in the mirror, thinking it’s not small enough, fit enough, beautiful enough… But being able to dance through sand dunes, climb mountains, flow on single tracks, bomb down hills (and more!), reminds me that we are so much more than ‘beauty’.

Fuck the mirror, the scale, and the size, my body is a vessel, a machine, an expression of love, a temple, a home - all at once.

Trail running (and movement of all kind) has allowed me to feel and lean into things that really matter - freedom, flow state, power, resilience, and evolution (yip, bodies change!).

Thank you to @eringoodman_ for capturing this feeling so magically, and to @meagsrx for cultivating it with the best trail kit @upactive :) taken in South Africa by @saskvanrensburg
