It was such an honor to perform at Mookambika temple in Mangalore on the day of Dussehra.

Thank you @gs.shruti for giving me this opportunity to present this dance on such a special occasion. It was a privilege to dance with you and others on this day! A successful and rewarding experience for all of us! Mookambika Devi brought us together for this special day and I will be eternally grateful for her blessings.

This song “Namo Devi” has been playing on my mind since many years. When I got the chance to perform a solo, I knew it had to be this song! Thank you Eshani for creating this memorable music! It’s close to my heart as I’m sure it is for those who have heard it ❤️

Sometimes, you trust that something larger is quietly aligning things in your favor—and then life proves it.

Recently, I had the privilege of presenting a classical fusion piece in the presence of Her Highness @hendfq Sheikha Hend bint Faisal Al Qasimi of Sharjah. But what stayed with me wasn’t just the occasion—it was the exchange.

To be truly seen as a classical dancer, and to be appreciated by someone so perceptive and deeply informed about Indian culture and history—that stays with you. Her attention wasn’t casual, it was intentional. And that is rare.

Moments like these remind me why I do what I do. The riyaaz, the discipline, the constant refining—it all finds its place in rooms you never imagined you’d enter.

And perhaps that’s the quiet magic of this country—where possibilities feel closer than they seem.

Deeply grateful to my husband, my toughest critic and partner in crime, Ajeet @realajeetk this wouldn’t have happened without you.

Got to dance with my all time favorite dancer Shivanshuuuuuuu. 💝💝💝💝💝💝

Pushed myself beyond my physical limits. Danced only because that is the only way I know to live. So many mistakes happened 🙈🙈 but I’m glad they happened. Because it would not happen if I’d not challenged myself.

Heart is full 🥹🧿. Dear lord, if you are on Instagram pls read this. And pls bless me with the health and freedom to never say “no” to any dance my heart wants to do! 🌺😇

Growing up, dad always exercised with us and taught us the importance of healthy habits — long before we understood their value.

He walked more than 5 km every day, never skipped his exercise, ate simple home-cooked food, loved his spicy fish curry, but never overate or stayed up late.

He lived to 95, peacefully and with dignity.

So grateful to have had a father who didn’t just tell us how to live well — he showed us every single day. He showed us that longevity is not about increasing the number of years you live, but about the quality of life while you live it.

Thank you Pappa. I now see the value you brought into my life with your simplicity and rock steady discipline. by @sassy__simran
