I’m also leaving the process written below.

Here is how I created this realistic scene with multiple character and voice transformations:

1. Character sheets

I created a detailed character sheet for every character to maintain consistent facial features, body proportions and outfits.

2. Environment

I generated the battlefield with realistic lighting, explosions, smoke, fire, destruction, debris and atmospheric particles.

3. Storyboard frame

I placed the main character inside the environment and created the key POV frame, establishing the composition, camera angle, lighting and cinematic look.

4. Image enhancement

I upscaled the reference images and applied Skin Enhancer to improve skin texture, facial definition and microdetails.

5. Main video

Using the enhanced references, I generated the original performance in Seedance 2.5. This became the master video containing the dialogue, expressions, interactions, camera movement and battlefield action.

6. Character and voice replacement

Using the master video, each character sheet and an optimized prompt, I replaced the character and voice while preserving the original movements, lip synchronization, camera motion, physical contact, explosions, environmental sounds and timing.

7. Post production

I repeated the process for every character, then edited the clips, arranged each section and applied color correction inside Premiere Pro.

The chef is cooking 🧑🏻‍🍳

Here’s how I created this cinematic cooking scene without leaving home.

First, inside Higgsfield, I used Nano Banana Pro to turn myself into a chef and create a character sheet to keep my face, proportions, and outfit consistent across every shot. Then, I generated the kitchen as a reference to keep the setting consistent too.

Next, I upscaled the images in Topaz to refine textures and details before bringing them to life.

Finally, I used Seedance 2.5 with a custom prompt I wrote to guide the cinematic camera movements, speed ramps, and realistic cooking sounds. You can even add music to complete the scene.
