Final day of 90-hour prenatal/postnatal yoga teacher training @folkyogasf .🧘‍♀️The bear🧸 was my partner for the “Yoga with baby”session today. 60 hours more to go to reach 500 hours of entire training.

July 2026. Big day on the North Ridge of Mt. Conness (12,590 ft / 3,837 m)! 🏔️ A huge thank you to my incredibly patient friends. I was definitely the slowpoke🐢 of the group and kept everyone waiting many times.😱😱 長かった。⛰️🧗 途中で何度も失速する度に待ってくれた仲間には感謝しかありません😂。翌日は見事にゾンビ化しました☠️
