As Satori Space turns 4 this year, I feel inspired to reintroduce myself in this virtual space by sharing 4 facts about me ✨️

1️⃣ I’ve been a teacher since 2012. 👩🏽‍🏫 I love connecting, listening, communicating and engaging, sharing what I’ve learned, and learning from others, which is basically what this craft is all about for me. I partially took my Masters in Early Childhood Education but, with some turn of events, was led to the path of being a Reiki Master-Teacher instead.

2️⃣ 👩‍🎨 I love the arts and various forms of expression that tap into my innate creative flow. I am particularly drawn to music and movement - singing, playing instruments, and dancing - that allow me to connect and bring awareness to my body. 💃🏽🧘🏽‍♀️🪘🎼 I also love trying out various sports and somatic activities.

3️⃣ I’m a curious learner and student of life! 👩‍🎓🤓 Learning puts me in a space that is expansive and magnetic, just because I find heaps of fun and value in it. I love learning about myself and others, the differences and commonalities of people (and other beings) through history, culture, food, nature, spirituality, and many other topics. This is also the reason why I’ve been led to explore various modalities from Reiki to Sound Healing, to Traditional Chinese Medicine, to Tarot and Oracle Cards, to Somatic Movements, to Astrology and Human Design, to Access Consciousness, to Manifesting, and Shamanism.

4️⃣ Curating spaces and experiences 🏡 - In my personal life, I love making loved ones feel ‘cosy at home’ through the space and the food I prepare, and conversations that naturally flow. I’m a natural nourisher who also finds nourishment in quality relationships and connections. I feel recharged after spending quality time with quality people. 👫

I’m always blessed to have key people - a village - supporting and backing me up, who believe in my gifts and magic that need to be shared (shoutout to my fam and friends, teachers, coaches, and soul tribe). I'm still feeling incredibly grateful that @diwasingingclub got the chance to collaborate with @disneystudiosph.

Getting to work with one of the world's most iconic entertainment brands isn't just an exciting milestone, it also feels like a reminder that what we've been building at DIWA has value. That creating spaces where people can come together, sing, and connect is something worth investing in.

Looking back, it's also humbling to realize that we've been trusted by organizations across different sectors -- from banking with BPI, to the San Miguel Foundation, to communities like Ayala Westgrove, and now Disney Studios Philippines. Each partnership has been different, but they all share one thing in common: a belief that singing together has the power to bring people closer.

That gives us even more reason to keep going. To keep creating meaningful experiences, one song at a time.
