POSTS STORIES REELS

A little different from my usual content, but I recently went back home to Hawai‘i for a week to spend time with my family 🌺 Even though I’m posting this a little late, these moments were too meaningful not to share. Better late than never! by @satsand1

Physiques Gym has become so much more than just a place where I train, it has become a family. The support, encouragement, knowledge, and energy from everyone here have pushed me to grow in ways I never expected. I have never felt closer to the thing I love most, bodybuilding, and I truly would not be where I am without the people around me. Grateful for every workout, every lesson, every conversation, and every person who continues to be part of this journey. The PG family means more to me than I could ever put into words. by @satsand1

Third posing session.

Definitely not where I want to be yet, but every session is a step forward.

Learning the details, making mistakes, and getting a little better each week.
A lot to improve, but that’s the point.

Same gym. Different version of me. A reminder that progress doesn’t happen overnight. Keep showing up, keep putting in the work, and over time you’ll become someone you barely recognize.

Some seasons aren’t meant to break you. They’re meant to build you.

The moments where I felt lost, uncomfortable, or unsure of what was next taught me more about myself than the easy ones ever could.

Still growing. Still learning. Still showing up.

God’s not finished with me yet. 🙏🏽

Another lap around the sun. Spent making memories with my built-in best friend. From laughs and late nights to adventures and everything in between, I couldn’t have asked for a better way to step into 21. Less perfect, more present, and grateful for every moment. Thank You, God, for another year and a brother I get to call my best friend. 🤙🏽🙏🏽 by @satsand1

The work speaks for itself.

Day by day. Rep by rep. Continuing to build.

The hard days don’t make me quit they remind me where my strength comes from.

Keep showing up. Keep trusting. Keep working. God’s got the rest. 🙏

Different day, same goal: be better than I was yesterday.

I’m not worried about who’s ahead of me or who’s doing more. I know how far I’ve come, and I know there’s still more work to do.

Me vs. me. Always. by @satsand1

Life lately.

I’ve been a little quieter on here the past few days, but life definitely hasn’t been quiet.

Between school, work, training, getting every meal in, making time for the people I care about, and continuing to grow in my faith, life feels very full right now. I’m juggling a lot, and sometimes I need space to reset, but through it all I’m still grateful, still growing, and still moving forward.

Not every day is exciting or worth making a whole post about. A lot of it is eating meals between classes, early mornings, long days, clocking into work, getting the training done, watching the sun come up and go down, and trying to keep God at the center of it all.

It’s a busy season, but one I’m grateful to be in.

Just taking it one day at a time, staying disciplined, and trusting the process. by @satsand1

One of my first posing practices. Crazy to look back and see how far I’ve come, not just physically, but in confidence, presentation, and understanding the craft. Still a lot of work ahead, but that’s the best part. We’re just getting started. 📈 shoutout to @thetinnmann and @cara_barnes_ifbbpro for the guidance, support, and belief throughout this journey. Wouldn’t be where I am today without the people in my corner. by @satsand1

No excuses. No shortcuts. Just show up and put in the work. 💯 by @satsand1
