Alabama and Ole Miss played in an in-conference exhibition game. Alabama was up 18 at one point and Ole Miss came back within 3 points to make it close. Great game. Stand alone in-conference exhibition matchup.

Xavier is now 2-0 in exhibition games. Big wins over Tennessee and Dayton. Richard Pitino has a squad. This team needs to be talked about more.

Clemson lands 3⭐️ TE Wright Martin! He chose Clemson over Georgia, Ohio State, and SMU. Say what you want about the Tigers, but they find a way to get their recruits. He is the 2nd commit for the 2028 class.

2027 3⭐️ James Conrad is heading to Ohio State. He flipped from Buffalo to Ohio State. He was committed to the Bulls since June. When you get an offer from the Buckeyes, it is very hard to pass up. He is also from Ohio.

The CFB Playoff is planning to expand to 24 teams. A deal is being finalized and should be set for 2027. Actually insane. Here are my thoughts and how it totally changes everything moving forward.

Michigan added two new players to their roster. Former Miami TE Alex Baughman and former Boise State DB Jeremiah Earby. They both received a fifth year of eligibility. Thoughts?

LSU beat UCF with six players in their second exhibition game! Good sign for this team if they can beat a Big 12 team without their full roster. When this team is at full strength, they will be hard to stop. Dior Johnson played well for UCF.

Clemson guard Zac Foster re-tore his ACL. Absolutely brutal news. He tore his ACL last season, and re-tore it again just weeks before the season begins. Clemson is also down Carter Welling, who is also in recovering from an injury last season.

Florida State beat Auburn in an exhibition matchup yesterday. The story of this one was FSU true freshman Marcis Ponder. He is a beast. Put up over 20 rebounds. Buy stock in him now.

Oregon State is putting on a show right now in college football. Braden Atkinson and Jesse Legree may be the best duo in the country. This offense is dominating in the PAC-12. The Beavers and Boise State are the best teams in the conference. Can they make the CFB Playoff?

Houston might have the best TE in the county. Patrick Overmyer put on a clinic against Kansas State with 4 receiving TDs. He was heavily underutilized at UTSA last season.

Josh Hoover has been balling for Indiana so far this season. No interceptions on the season so far. He is one of the big reasons why Indiana is still undefeated. Last week against Nebraska he made some really clutch plays in the 4th quarter. Indiana’s QB development is something else.
