July is off to such a lovely start with the bittersweet last week in NYC before I head off to Seattle for @emeraldcitytrapeze Acro Intensive.

I'm so grateful for the community here in New York. I was definitely not short of folks to play with, which meant I didn't get nearly enough time with anyone. A wonderful 'problem' to have, but I really do have so much more I wanted to accomplish with each of you.

I am glad @savage_acro and I at least got to film this cute sequence we came up with last year @cirquehaus in the pretty scenery of Central Park 🤗

Took my second ever acro class and learned a bicep handstand, hand to hand, foot to hand, L-basing, press lifts, and banquine… and all I remembered to grab was this video. 🤦🏻‍♀️😅
