To the most beautiful person I’ll ever connect with. Irreplaceable Soul Tie and friend. Never imagined a world where I’d have to try and function without you. Not sure I can. Still in disbelief, was just with you all day Friday, then the next, you’re gone… a heartbreak I can hardly bare, wish I could turn back time and have you talk shit to me one last time. Holding my deepest love and admiration for you, my biggest #1 supporter, rider, and safe space… Locked In. What’s understood doesn’t need to be explained 💕A genuine love and friendship… Im so proud of how far you came, thank you for showing me how real 🥷🏾’s do it!! I’ll see you in the next life. 💔🕊️

RIP Brea… when it rains I know it’s cause your fit too drippy for the heavens, I love you forever friend.💦💪🏾💎 by @savagrih

Momo Spice turned 33 today. 🐉 I have 37,610 items in my gallery. Idk how that’s possible, but guarantee at least 20,000+ cover the last year and a half alone. Wow I really don’t post SHIT 😂. I never show how blissful my life truly is nor how peaceful life has become for me. But I just have to say… I’ve never been happier 🤲🏼!

Since moving, my life has completely changed. Every aspect of my overall health… spiritual health, physical health, mental health, financial health… has elevated exponentially. I feel the type of happiness that brings tears to your eyes. Was hard to believe it existed, having come from as dark a place as I did. Pitch black. So dark, a couple people had to pull me out on multiple occasions or I really wouldn’t be here typing this cheesy post that probably no one’s going to read. But Im so in love with the way I’ve crafted my new world, I know how good life can be now. And I’m never going back. So I just have to share for the one time, at least on my birthday 😅.

Im so grateful to have what I have, knowing it could be gone in an instant. My friends, my family, my travels, my career, all of the experiences. Everything I want or need, I have. And the universe just keeps blessing me with more. Im receiving it all humbly and Im holding on for as long as possible. Whatever force is controlling my fate right now… thank you. Im YET to have a bad day, in over a year and a half… not ONE bad day. You really can do whatever you want with your life. Have faith. The outcome will always be in your favor so long as you move with good intent and real love. Glad I made it this far.

ANUTHHAAA ONE.

New PR. Spent the summer LOCKED IN to hit this target pace 🥴 — murdered that shit. Lost 23lbs in 10wks, taking a break from endurance training to gain that weight back in this DONK 🤣 it’s about time we take these buns out the oven.

Next year we’re going for an average 8:30/mile for a sub 3:45! Or… attempt an Ultra … who knows.

Where yall think my next race is?

🇯🇵🇹🇭🇰🇷Brought in my 32nd 🎈by spending my last 6wks as a 31yr old on a hiatus filled with peace, views, and good food.

Thanks so much for all the birthday wishes today 🥰.

There’s so much to share from this adventure, but for now here’s a few random shots because my gallery is overwhelming lmao by @savagrih

My first 26.2mi🏅in 90degree weather on Mt. Diablo. Psychotic.
Enjoy my marathon training dump of me being cute, tired, sweaty, and excited.
