I first saw Betrayal on Broadway in 2019—front row, completely undone by how modern and emotionally sharp it felt. It’s the kind of piece actors love to chew on, dissect, and return to again and again.

This winter, @aaroncavette approached me about working on the opening scene. What followed was ten weeks of deep, investigative exploration into Pinter’s world—uncomfortable, rewarding, and endlessly revealing.

But something still felt unfinished.
@johnredlinger stepped in and helped us capture the work on film, bringing his directorial eye and shaping the piece in ways we couldn’t have on our own 🎬 thank you @badandclassicproductions

I’m excited to finally share this small labor of love (and betrayal).
Grateful to @_calebknowles_ for unearthing the behind-the-scenes moments, and to @rowdyvega for lending his ear to the sound world that completes it.

Here’s a glimpse. taken in Los Angeles, California by @savannahsh

Focaccia Bread Fall

I’ve stolen this recipe from @_lacebakes_ and all credit goes to her recipe, which has demystified the dough and bread making process for me. I’ve copied her recipe below, but please check out her video for the full instructions 💕

500g (4 cups, spooned and levelled) white bread flour (12% protein content or higher)*
390-420ml (1.75 cups) warm water**
15ml (1 Tablespoon) extra virgin olive oil
6g (1.5 teaspoons) instant yeast
5g (1 teaspoon) honey, sugar or agave
10g (2 teaspoons) fine sea salt
Extra virgin olive oil to line pan and drizzle
Flaky sea salt to finish
Toppings of choice (rosemary, olives, peppers, onions, jalapeños, cheese) by @savannahsh
