The Bible mentions that Jesus will say to some, “I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness,” indicating that not everyone who claims to know Him will be recognized by Him (Matthew 7:23). This emphasizes the importance of having a genuine relationship with Him rather than just superficial knowledge.Luke 13:25-27 Jesus describes a scenario where individuals plead for entry into heaven, but He replies, “I don’t know you or where you come from.” This highlights the necessity of a personal connection with Him.
Matthew 25:12 In the parable of the ten virgins, the bridegroom says, “Truly, I say to you, I do not know you,” to those who were unprepared. This reinforces the idea that readiness and relationship matter.
Understanding the Implications
These verses illustrate that knowing Jesus goes beyond intellectual acknowledgment. It requires a heartfelt relationship characterized by obedience and faithfulness. The distinction is made between those who merely know about Jesus and those who truly know Him through their actions and commitment to His teachings. I pray everyone is ready.🙏♥️👆🏼💯📖👑 by @saved_bygrace2
