Every ounce of pain has purpose.
Even when you can’t see what God is doing, Jesus is still writing your story with intention, love, and grace.

The waiting, the heartbreak, the confusion — none of it is wasted. One day you’ll look back and realize He was preparing, protecting, and growing you the whole time.

Trust Him even when you don’t understand the process. His plans are always greater than our perspective.🫂❤️‍🩹

Sometimes God restores things in ways only He can.

What started in 2019 became a journey of growing, breaking, healing, learning, and finding our way back to Him individually before finding our way back to each other. Through grace, patience, and the love of Christ, our family was restored.

Through every season, Jesus remained the center. And by His grace, we now get to walk into this next chapter together with our son, Donavyn, as a restored family.

A love rooted deeper than emotion — a love rooted in God.

Forever grateful for what the Lord can do when two people surrender fully to Him.

I couldn’t do it so He did it for me.

I could not do it so JESUS did it for me.

Wow. Jesus is moving monumentally.

I had no plans to get baptized a second time, but as soon as I felt the resistance, I knew it was something the Lord was calling me to do right then, right there. With my fresh full beat, hair freshly flat ironed, and my brand new fit.

When the Lord says move, MOVE.

Jesus had been moving powerfully all day.

I went back and forth in my head and I almost didn’t get baptized a second time because I didn’t want to be an “inconvenience”.

On June 23rd, 2024 I got baptized for the first time. I knew Jesus was my Lord and savior, but I didn’t know what was to come or how my life was going to change.

Today, I am different. I am ready to be used. I died to so much bondage and came out of that water resurrected with Christ. It felt like I took my very first breath of air.

My community, I could not walk this journey without you and the Lord knew that. You are family. I need to be rebuked, carried, and poured into when I am weak and I have learned that is so essential in this walk with Jesus. Thank you to Pastors Fred and Meredith for always covering me and speaking life into me. You guys are such a gift in my life and have made such a safe place for us to dwell in the Lord’s presence.

Thank you, Jesus Christ for setting me free. You have been so sweet to me. You are everything to me. Thank you for thinking of me when you chose to get up on that cross. Dying a death you did not deserve, dying a death that I deserved. Thank you for rewriting my life and redeeming my story.

You truly deserve all the praise and glory. I love you. by @savedlil

Chapter 25…

All I can do is give credit and reverence where it’s due — to Jesus. This isn’t a religion I randomly picked up, it’s not a phase, and it’s not some “spiritual psychosis” I need healing from. Jesus met me at the lowest point of my life, took my hand, and pulled me out. He freed me.

Every smile you see in these photos came after many tears, many battles, many chains being broken, and many areas of my life being refined. All because I said “yes” to the One who met me in the depths and who was yearning for a relationship with me.

Two years ago, I didn’t even know how to read the Bible or know of any worship songs. Now I find myself in my word every single day and being at the front of the stage at church every chance I get. That’s where the chains break. God can heal years of pain and trauma in less than a year if you let Him.

You don’t truly understand what it means to be saved until you genuinely need a Savior. One day I’ll share publicly what that moment looked like for me, but until then, I pray my life exemplifies what it looks like to follow Jesus Christ. I am just a vessel. It’s not about being perfect, condemning others, or fixing yourself. The Lord gave me a spiritual heart transplant—one of humility. He taught me real forgiveness and how to truly love like Christ.

I’ve never been more grateful to be alive. I know I’m here on purpose, with a mission to spread the gospel. Every morning I wake up with breath in my lungs, I know God still has a plan that needs to be fulfilled. Because of my obedience, others will be set free—and that could be your story too.

Because of my “yes,” I’ve found true peace, true friendships, true community, and the true meaning of life. I am blessed in every way, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. This month also marks 1 year of going to the church God called me to @thepursuitnw and I’m so glad I listened to that calling. What a beautiful year it has been.

Thank you all for the best birthday I could have ever asked for, may the Lord shine His face upon you. Here’s to 25! I love you. <3

This might shock some of you to see or it might not. Some of you haven’t seen this side of my past and some of you only know me by my past. I felt called to share this publicly. I am here to show you who Jesus is and what he can do with a broken girl to make her a woman of GOD. How He is the ultimate redeemer, reconciler, healer, and friend. How Jesus miraculously used every single broken piece of me that the enemy intended for evil for the greater good of my life and to glorify HIM. He saved me. I based my identity on my appearance, how many people liked me, modeling, who I was with, how much I could out drink people, how many followers I had, being the center of attention, motherhood, mental illness, and even being broken. Everything but CHRIST. I went to every single outside source I could to numb myself and put a bandaid over deep wounds and trauma that I never fully worked through. THAT was the problem. I thought that I could heal myself when Jesus wanted to heal me all along. He was with me all along. Those wounds kept bleeding and bleeding until I found myself crying out to God asking Him to rescue me from this life that I was living. I didn’t even recognize myself. Jesus was like, “Finally, daughter! I can start working!” The Lord so graciously kept revealing himself to me and I kept pressing in. I gave Him my yes. I kept reading my Bible. I kept renewing my mind. I came to Him as I was and I was completely transformed into a different person. The woman that God intended me to be all along. Now I can stand firm in my faith and know EXACTLY who I am. I am chosen. I am a chain breaker. I am a pillar for my family and my friends. If He can do it for me, He can for surely do it for you. This was just a sliver of my testimony, but if it saves just one person I know that it has done its job. Thank you Jesus, you have saved my life. Thank you for my parents, son, future husband, family, church, and my beloved friends. I am so rich in this life! #JESUSSAVES by @savedlil
