KUMU w/ my brother @iyakuh is out now 🌱

Comment ‘KUMU’ and hit your DM’s…or hit the 🔗 you know where to jam it

Massive love to @odyzeymusic and @clozeeofficial for having it kick off the comp, MUZIQUE Vol. 6

This release is a full circle moment for me in many ways.

Dialogue is Sean O’Laoire from our amazing convo on my pod, (The Ancient Futurist, ep 11, one of my favs, get in there)

The storytelling bit is inspired by my brother and teacher @tukuillapa, whose wisdom has transformed my life in unspeakable ways

OG art here from my man @lukebrownart, animated with a new tool ANIMUS I’ve poured my soul into building for months as I witness the world trying to figure out how/if we can utilize AI as an extension of human creativity instead of outsourcing it…in this case, collabing with human artists while also reducing the friction of music producers creating social stuffs, and making the tool itself fun and intuitive instead of lifeless and carpal tunnel-inducing 😆….releasing via the new @ancientfuturecollective web platform

For now, jump into the vibes

love y’all.

⬇️This is an endlessly fascinating & ongoing experience for me.

Similar to an optical illusion, once I see it, I can’t unsee it. Then, I can play with focusing between the visionary content and the DNA projecting it.

Curious if any of you have had similar experiences.

It’s an interesting endeavor attempting to find a more ‘Western World’ mechanism for these things, as it’s a very personal and sacred experience.

Learning to hold the paradox of the mystic and scientist archetypes has been really valuable in my life in not allowing the quest for scientific explanation to detract from the pure magical nature and big picture of these experiences.

Regardless of what we call it, we are hardwired to interface with our source code. That’s the undeniable felt experience shared by many cultures for millennia. And that’s wild 🌀🧬

There’s immense beauty in the simplicity of the indigenous perspectives of this experience - without applying scientific labels…metaphorical understandings keep life magical.

AND…allowing science to catch up undeniably opens a world of consensus, verification, and ultimately refined application.

Fun fact about DNA: the molecule itself is about 200x narrower than the smallest wavelength of visible light, effectively making a single strand invisible 🤯

The only ways we “see” it are electron microscopy and x-ray crystallography, which aren’t actually “seeing” at all.

Thinking about these sorts of things is my fav hobby.

Much love y’all 🌀🫡

Comment “JUNGLE” and we’ll send you the link to join🌴

We’re so excited to have @savejlife in Colombia this October!

We carefully hand select the artists to create this magical portal with.

During the week not only will you experience his immersive sound, but he’ll also be giving a keynote:

“The Link Between Modern Festivals and Ancient Civilizations”

— reframing the festival as temple, container, and modern psychospiritual technology.

We can’t wait to dance, learn, and explore with @savejlife all week in the mountains! 🌀✨

ARTIST BIO:

Born and raised in the wild depths of Louisiana’s Honey Island Swamp, Savej [pron. “savage”] delivers a one-of-a-kind fusion of ancient medicine music and modern bass. His signature “Ancient Future” sound blends world music, organic soundscapes, tribal grooves, and high-energy bass, infused with a distinct swampy flair that bridges the gap between cultures and eras of time.

Savej’s live experience is an immersive sonic ceremony, taking audiences on a rollercoaster ride through the sacred and the profane, the mystical and the irresistibly groovy, while deeply
reconnecting them to the human experience and the natural world.

From stages like the legendary Luna Stage at Envision Festival in Costa Rica to the A-Lot at Area 15 in Las Vegas, Savej continuously pushes the boundaries of electronic music, offering a transformative, high-energy celebration that’s both grounding and invigorating.
