A full plate at @gotannyc . This is the sabich plate. Eggplant, egg, salad, cauliflower, hummus, potato wedges. I indulged in gluten because...fluffy grilled pita...it was all pretty delicious, healthy, and great. Just wish that they weren’t blasting aircon with the door open and ceiling fans on. Also pretty disappointed that the default for fresh grapefruit juice is in a plastic cup with a plastic lid and individually plastic wrapped plastic straw, while my boyfriend received his mint tea in a glass cup. Had lunch with Bettie Page instead of my phone. Lentil-quinoa “balls”, not quite the right name – more like scoops, but tasty. With veg, green hummus, rice, salad, and a great sauce. by @savethelastbite_

Made my first veggie burger. Wasn’t bad for a first try. Excited to try other ingredients. This one: Lentils, quinoa, oats, onions, squash, walnuts, spices. On a toasted sesame bun with @sirkensingtons chipotle mayo, tomato, lettuce, and avocado. Side of sweet potato fries. by @savethelastbite_

Happy red (pink), white, and blueberry (purple)! 🇺🇸 I’ve been obsessed with making this raw vegan no-bake cheesecake regularly. Maybe because it’s summer. And it’s so much lighter than real cheesecake. This one has strawberries as the top layer. Cherries on top because I ran out of strawberries, and a crushed nut dusting on the rim.

Its been a minute, Instagram. Here is a raw vegan cheesecake I made for my sister @conscious_cooking to celebrate her birthday! It’s topped with a raspberry and blackberry chia jam, also raw with no heat used. Dotted with mixed berries and tiny purple basil flowers (from plants my sister gave me once upon a time). Look at how much she has influenced me for the better! Eating healthy is easier than you might think! This raw vegan version was so much easier than the traditional baked-in-a-water-bath kind. (It’s on a cooling rack only for easier lifting) by @savethelastbite_

Khao Niao Mamuamg 💕 Dessert, breakfast. Any time. All the time. On repeat. Mango with sticky rice and salted coconut milk. No mung beans. Those aren’t the important part. Though I may sprinkle on puffed quinoa next time. I still need to figure out the best water:rice ratio for making in a rice cooker. Too lazy to basket steam...I’m so happy. I got the sticky rice! Grilled baby corn with corn sauce @restaurant_gaa .

A many/coursed pre-fixe meal at GAA. It was interesting. I liked the lighter first half better than the second half. And the variety of ceramics. Didn’t love the ambiance and the freezing air conditioning tho. Always fun trying something different. taken in Gaa by @savethelastbite_
