Sparkling White Tea – Bergamotte
das Ergebnis unserer kontinuierlichen Suche nach Perfektion.

Wir verwenden seit jeher nahezu ausschließlich biozertifizierte Zutaten. Dank der Zertifizierungen unserer Produzenten können wir dieses Qualitätsversprechen nun erstmals auch offiziell auf der Flasche ausweisen.

Ebenso verzichten wir von Anfang an konsequent auf Zusatzstoffe. Durch die Einführung einer neuen, besonders schonenden Abfülltechnologie können wir unseren Sparkling White Tea nun erstmals mit einem Champagnerkorken verschließen selbstverständlich weiterhin ganz ohne Velcorin oder andere Konservierungsstoffe.

Ergänzt durch einen noch feineren White Peony Tea aus Fujian und von Hand etikettierte, spiegelt jede einzelne Flasche unseren kompromisslosen Qualitätsanspruch wider.

THE ART OF REFINEMENT.

The new edition of our Sparkling White Tea – Bergamot reflects our continuous pursuit of perfection.

From the very beginning, we have used almost exclusively certified organic ingredients. Thanks to the certification of our producers, we can now proudly display this commitment on every bottle.

Likewise, we have always produced without additives. Thanks to a newly developed, gentle bottling process, we are now able to seal every bottle with a traditional champagne-style natural cork—while remaining completely free from Velcorin and any other preservatives.

Combined with an even finer White Peony Tea from Fujian and hand-applied embossed labels, every bottle reflects our uncompromising commitment to quality.

BEYOND WINE / THE PRODUCERS‘ CIRCLE

Earlier this week we had the pleasure of helping organise an intimate gathering of over 20 producers in Copenhagen to discuss future topics for the no/low specialty beverage movement. Thanks to the driving force behind „Beyond wine“ - our dear friend Roman @romsydo - this day was guided by the idea of togetherness and cohesion rather than dividing forces.
