Oh hi there, I’m new around here! I bet you were expecting some cheese content 😏. I’m simply dropping in to say hello! Our doors have been closed for some time now and a lot has happened since then. Managed to recruit a charcuterie assistant, although we have many years to get her up to speed 🤪. I’ve had a little ‘Babybel’ of my own, Emelia Isabelle- and she is absolutely delicious 🥰. Although we can’t promise if and when a re-launch of Savory Spread will happen, I wanted to take this moment to thank our followers and clients. You’ve given me meaning in the midst of this pandemic and allowed me to create with endless passion. Life is all about balance. At the moment being a new mama has taken priority, giving me all the pride and utter joy. Don’t worry, I’m still making plenty of boards and eating ALL of the cheese 😂. I wish you a wonderful 2022 and hope to be back when the timing is just right. All my love, Sasha. 📸 captured by daddy @k.polevoy by @savory.spread
Good morning and Happy March 1st! Today marks about 30 days from the spring re-launch of Savory Spread 👏🙌! We’ve been getting many requests with the new season and I want to personally thank all of you for your continued support! It means the world when you champion a small business even through setbacks, downtime and breaks in between. What you can expect: official website with pricing outline, list of established & new partnerships/ collaborators, fun add-ons, FAQ on food safety and handling, updated packaging and boards, new pickup info (moving West Loop ➡️ Bucktown) and so much more. I literally can’t contain my cheesy smile 😊. See you all soon! With love, Sasha 💕 by @savory.spread
Hello & we miss you 🙋‍♀️! Just popping in to let you know I haven’t forgotten about you 😏. Although we are still not operating through winter, you can look forward to a complete revival come Spring 🙌! So excited to pick up where we left off with all our partnerships. Get ready for the launch of our website with new pricing and creative add-on options. Hope you are all enjoying cheese and wine as much as I am this season! Happy holidays, stay well, until we meet again 🥰. by @savory.spread
In accordance with Chicago’s new restrictions: in order to ensure our safety as well as the safety of our incredible clients, we have decided to close our business doors- temporarily! Due to the pandemic, we will be learning and adapting the best practices moving forward. Thank you for your patience as we navigate and adjust through these times. We will still be participating in holiday collaborations, so excited for them! As well as proceeding with current partnerships. Stay tuned for fun announcements about this 🤗. Happy & healthy Friday! With love, Sasha by @savory.spread
These days more than ever, keep it healthy folks 🍏🍐🥦🥒! As obsessed as we are with cheese, we love these nutritious delights just as much. A reminder that we can make your boards more fruit & veggie forward (crudité) and also offer vegan spreads. DM us to learn more. Happy & healthy Thursday to all! by @savory.spread

We believe in giving you the absolute best quality available, which is why we are SO thrilled to announce our newest partnership with the one and only @publicanquality 🤗! We will be exclusively showcasing their delicious cold-cuts & freshly baked bread on your spreads! When we say “no boring charcuterie here” we mean it! Holiday season just got a whole lot more exciting! Don’t forget to stop in and say hello to PQM’s friendly staff, here on Fulton Market in the West Loop. Stay tuned for more info on their amazing products and seasonal offerings. “Publican Quality Meats is aptly located in Fulton Market’s historic meatpacking district. The butcher shop doubles as a butcher shop and artisanal market offering an array of local, specialty cuts from our trusted purveyors across the Midwest and a curated assortment of pantry products and libations from local, hand selected artisans. Head Butcher Rob Levitt butcher case includes every day essentials, as well as a complete offering of house-made charcuterie, artisanal cheeses and freshly baked bread from our sister bakery and 2019 James Beard Award Winner, Publican Quality Bread.” 📸 credit: from PQM’s Facebook by @savory.spread
Happy Friday, Loves! You may have seen a lack of colorful spreads on your feed...not to worry, we are still around! As a small business owner, there is nothing more important than taking a step back to allow room for inspiration. More importantly, with the current state of our world, it has been a much needed renewal. From time to time, we do this in order to come back with a creative explosion💥! And you know what? It’s here! We have been securing exciting partnerships and fun collaborations that we will announce in the upcoming weeks! We have a new season full of your celebrations that we can’t wait to take part in! As things progress with COVID-19, we may pull back on events and will keep you posted as the time goes on. We will only be accepting pick-up orders instead of deliveries for the time being. Please DM to learn more about that. Thank you for your patience as we adjust and thanks for continuing to support small & local! As always, wishing for your weekends to be full of cheese, love and good health 😘. -Sasha by @savory.spread
