I’m quite obsessed with the 70s, and after much time and deep deliberation with self, I’ve officially ranked it one of the best decades.
If I could live in any era, give me the 70s bell bottoms, bouncy natural hair, and a time flowing with so much political and musical power for Black folks. ✨💫 by @savvausi

I was asked in an interview earlier the following…

In the midst of the 20k things you do, How do you even have time to create an Ep?

I think I answered along the lines that my time was paid for haha (almost like an album advance that I didn’t have to pay back” but fr fr I got to EMPHASIZE on the fact that… for about two months, three days a week I was camping out at my studio Locked in, CLOCKED in. Pulling all nighters, pushing the clock, working on the music like, before I was a husband, a father of two, multi business owner. And this was all my wife @savvausi idea. I initially fought it just based on how much that can be, but fell into And damn things worked out. Music was created for hbo deadlines, while the rest of my universes all stayed in rotation. + ….a bunch of music that’s ABOUT to get released that I made while taking…”creative breaks” IS OTw😅😮‍💨

But fr….That ain’t no easy feat. At all. I recall one the homies expressing how sincere it is to have a woman by your side, who Belives and trusts in you for a moment like that to not even be a stress filled headache 😅😮‍💨 It’s powerful. And it’s a testament of what working on redeeming from it all.

So…when you see the success of “I heard they doubted”. This wasn’t no ordinary win for MVSTERMIND. this for Me and Savis, our children Moon & Miraj who we sacrifice for, and our family on both sides who supports in ways that makes these moments possible.

Riffing but just wanted to say thank you to the aura filled Savis 🌹 for EVERYTHING, the love, the meals, the creative ideas, the hands and workings of it all.

Everything Under the sun for you and our sons. 🤲🏽✨

The Next project got the love songs 😮‍💨😅 until then stream “I heard they doubted” and go get shit done.
