Few things in life you can’t express into words. Yesterday was one of those defining moments for me. Being one of the delegates to get to speak at the opening ceremony of WFUNA Model United Nations at the Head Quarters in New York is something I could have only dreamed about. Being able to stand at the same podium as some of the greatest leaders of all time and some of my favourite idols, was beyond humbling to say the least. I continue my journey hoping that one day, it won’t be a conference for university and high school students but addressing those whom have power to alter the realities of our world 💗
If you know me well, you will know I love quotes and love learning lessons. Someone told me recently: “be fearless in the pursuit in what sets your soul on fire”, and you’d bet I’m going to continue to live out the idea that service to humanity is the best work of life, one step at a time ❤️❤️❤️ by @savvcozzi

As I get older, the notion of service becomes clearer and clearer to me.

To serve, is to empower. It is the ability to provide an individual with the right tools to prosper and propel into success.

International Women’s Day acknowledges and celebrates how countless women before us served ferociously, with vigour and dedicated tenacity - so that today we could have the endless opportunities as a woman that they did not have.

My hope for our generation is that we never forget that as we dismantle barriers, crack glass ceilings, challenge the status quo and fulfill our wildest dreams - that we do not do so in vain. But rather, to serve and enable the women to come after us to have unprecedented opportunities and means to excel in any and every avenue.

How are you serving the women who are to come?

Day 3 of 30 before 30: you’re going to get countless “No’s” in your life, do not let the first one be from yourself 😌 by @savvcozzi

Day 2/30 before 30: rejection and redirection (sharing a personal example at the end of the video that happened this week)😊 by @savvcozzi

Day 1 of 30 before 30: start before you are ready ❤️ by @savvcozzi

Never, ever take for granted the privilege to be a part of the team facilitating the Global Youth Summit - another bold group of risk takers, trailblazers and now officially @globalchangemakers !!! 🙌❤️🇿🇦 by @savvcozzi

Last night at the Rising Star South Africa Awards ✨💫⭐️🌟

Thank you @transunion + @risingstar_sa for the honour of being named a finalist. A massive well done to our category winner @cherylinmzansi - superstar !!🏆

I almost didn’t go to the final interview because imposter syndrome was rife but glad I felt the fear and did it anyways. The process required lots of interrogation and introspection forcing me to do my homework and evaluate a lot about my journey and work which I often don’t make time for. I’m sooooo grateful for that 💛

And shock horror, my main highlight was meeting a gazillion new changemakers across all industries in South Africa !!! 🇿🇦

My favourite thing I read this week “the person who invented the map, had no map” and as someone with exceptionally shocking directions (😅) I loved it but also loved it as a reminder that every single one of us have no clue where we are going but as long as we keep trying, keep being in the arena, the “map” will become clearer along the way xxx by @savvcozzi
