Getting access to your 1095-A (Health Insurance Marketplace Statement) can be a headache—but it can be done. Follow the steps below ⬇️

STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

1️⃣ Call Georgia Access
📞 1-888-687-1503

2️⃣ Verify Your Identity
You will be required to complete identity verification using DialPad.

3️⃣ Speak With a Representative
A Georgia Access representative will:
• Confirm your enrollment using your personal information
• Grant access to the online portal
• Direct you to your Inbox, where the 1095-A will be available

4️⃣ Use Your Form
• Provide the 1095-A to your tax preparer, or
• Use it to file your taxes yourself

• ❌ Your spouse cannot call without documented permission
