🥇2026 @sinister_sports Divide 100k🥇

At the beginning of the year, I received a @sinister_sports race entry thru @burrito.league.canada . When the inaugural Divide 100k was announced I knew that was the one.

A day that will last forever in my mind. I took the experience straight to the soul, pushing myself to my limits. Huge shoutout and appreciation to the @sinister_sports team, volunteers and photographers out on the course!

In the beginning emotions were high ranging from motivated, energized and inspired sharing miles with legends and 200 mile specialists @harry_subertas and @jovicaspajic as well as future legend @brogansunemploymentworldtour

Even though near the end it was a death march of loneliness and anticipation to finish, my goal was always the same. Lead with a smile, enjoy the time spent on the trail and finish hard things!

🙌 Thank you to @christine_e_phagoo and Family for their unwavering support, @gritendurancephysio for getting me to the start line fit as ever, and @blaze.miner.ultra for the countless runs n’ sauna sessions. So much love and respect goes out to @go_shep and @hey.kirsti for all the help leading up to race day.

Always having the team @sawbackbrewery on my side and all the other local legends around Red Deer has always been a blessing 🙏 ! Y’all know who you are 😉

The best part was having my little ladies there to watch and cheer me on! Not to mention volunteering at CP9 the Pizza aid station with @spryactive and @ultraspire folks! Forever thankful 🤌 !

The 1st EVER finisher of the 100k at The Divide 200 is Tommy McDonald (@sawback_tom)!

Tom put in the work! Hailing from Red Deer and part owning @sawbackbrewery, he’s a busy guy between work and family, yet he made some time to train in the mountains!

Tommy had won the @burrito.league.canada Red Deer segment and received a free Sinister Sports race entry of his choice! Of course, he picked the toughest one.

In 2025, we witnessed Tommy crushing it at the Canadian Death Race with a 4th place finish and knew he would bring his stamina and smile to The Divide 200.

Congrats, buddy! 🥳

We were happy to help connect the dots between @quesadaburritos and @sawback_tom for his BEERITO league this year! What a cool way to get active and get rewarded too with a real good meal after! Tommy will enjoy burritos for the year and continue to keep creatively inspiring the community to get active and have fun.
