hey it’s us your favourite neighbourhood band with the name about hockey slang not animal paws with sauce on them; we’ve had a quieter year but two of us ran into @thegnudz by accident, @dannywarhols razzed @chloe_mcgregor up with a stressful setlist again, @hanknickelson was his same WHS joking self, we played chloe’s wedding and we will probably be relaunching as a prog band next year after chloe had opportunity of a lifetime to tour the @dannycarey_tool kit night one @toolmusic with @joeslaby

thanks to our favourite photographers @tristecoeursolitaire and @spozitron and @mariahanzil and @coffeexblood for capturing our hot selves and happy new year to you all we love you and maybe we’ll record next year by @sawcy_paws

We're raising funds for Googatha Elder Aunty Sue and her fight for country. She lived through the maralinga bomb tests and now, international companies are testing rockets on her sacred land. Aunty Sue and her family still care for country and know it intimately. These companies never gained consent from her and call it uninhabited land. It's a disgusting display of colonialism and bullshit "defense".

Sunday arvo Oct 19, 3pm-6pm.
THIS IS THE SAME DAY AS THE ANTI-RACIST RALLY, IT'S REALLY IMPORTANT TO GO THERE FIRST!

Huge thanks to the bands playing @sawcy_paws @mortalambition @concernedhomeownersprospect and @hagol_goyangi for a fun time covers set!

And how rad is this art work?! Please check out @sj.sabbagh to get a copy of their comic book about their trip out to Googatha country. All funds go to Aunty Sue.

There is a rally on Oct 10th, see @westmalleeprotection for more info.
