Apparently I’ve made “personal safety alarm founder” my entire personality 🤭

And honestly? Fair.

SAYF is loud, rechargeable, easy to clip on, actually cute, and made for the moments women already think about - early starts, late finishes, car parks, runs, travel days, nights out, uni, work, and the “text me when you’re home” bit.

SAYF is literally saving womens lives.

So yes, I will be talking about it again tomorrow 💅

the first 100 SAYFs sent out come with a handmade numbered charm and a tote bag, because no matter how many we have adding another one to the collection is always a good idea imo

“Home safe” might be two words, but there’s a whole lot of love sitting underneath them.

SAYF was made for the bit before that text: the walk, the run, the car park, the moment you’re still getting yourself home and unlocking the door.

Getting home safe should never be an afterthought.

For a long time I felt like going for a run meant taking time away from my kids.

Like if I had an hour to spare, surely I should be using it on them.

But I’m a better mum when I get that hour too.

More patient.
More present.
Less touched out.
More like myself.

And I think that matters too. Im not taking an hour away from them...I see it as giving them a version of me that has something left to give when I come home.

Update on the marathon bracelet debate: IT’S OFF!!

My hands fold small enough to slip it off without cutting it. A very specific talent, but finally useful 🤣

It’s temporarily attached to my @saft.au alarm until I get a clamp keyring back home. Retired from my wrist but promoted to bag charm 😍

Some mornings it is less “look how disciplined I am” and more like “this is literally the only time nobody needs anything from me” 😂

A lot of the time, if the run is not completed before the boys get up, its game over 🫠😅
