If you make dahi at home and struggle to hit your protein goals, this is worth trying 👇

I recently tried setting curd using Maker’s Edition - High Protein Milk by Provilac, and honestly, I loved the result. The dahi turned out thick, creamy, delicious, and packed with protein.

💪 50g protein per 500ml pack
💰 Around ₹140
🥣 Easy way to make high-protein curd at home
🌱 Great protein source for vegetarians

For the amount of protein you’re getting, it’s half the price of packaged Greek yoghurt.

If you’re looking for easy ways to increase protein intake, make high-protein yogurt at home, support weight loss, build muscle, or simply eat a more balanced diet, this is a simple swap that works.

Have you tried making high-protein dahi at home yet? by @saylibeingsayli

Japan Finds Nobody Talks About Part 2 🇯🇵

The biggest blunder I made in Japan?

Not buying that Seiko watch.

But it wasn’t the only thing I came home thinking about.

✔️ A watch that looks far more expensive than it is
✔️ The Japanese shoe brand that survived 20,000-step days
✔️ Selvedge denim that gets better with age
✔️ A store that emptied my wallet faster than planned

Which one would you buy first?

Part 3 is all about the snacks and chocolates that disappeared from my suitcase almost immediately by @saylibeingsayli

4 months of staying locked in toward HYROX Mumbai - started from barely being able to run 300m (me) at a stretch to 8km, crazy weekend HYROX training, tracking caloric intake, early morning wake ups, working out 6times a week and completing a 104 day workout streak - all while juggling our work and parenthood, we put in all 🔥

Grateful to all our coaches and HybridHQ for being there all throughout! ♥️ The first one is a special one, the goal is always onward and upward!✌🏻 by @saylibeingsayli

Japan food recommendations don’t get better than this. 🇯🇵✨

I waited 45 minutes for these cream puffs in Osaka just because my husband wanted to try them… and honestly, when he bought 20 pieces, I thought, “Yeh bahut zyada hai!” 😅

Then I took one bite.

Crispy on the outside, buttery, filled with the creamiest custard — they were so addictive that I ended up eating 10 myself. 🤯

No exaggeration: I would fly back to Japan just for these.

If you’re planning a Japan trip or making your Japan shopping and food itinerary, save this spot for Osaka. Trust me, it’s worth every minute of the line.
Save this for your Japan itinerary 🛫

I was so excited to try Rikuro’s famous cheesecake in Osaka because everyone calls it a must-eat in Japan. 🇯🇵

As someone who prefers lighter desserts and doesn’t enjoy overly sweet treats, I thought this would be perfect for me.

But here’s my unpopular opinion: I found it a little too eggy. The sweetness level was very low, which I usually love, but the raisins at the bottom didn’t quite balance the flavour for me.

Honestly, I enjoyed the Japanese cheesecakes from BreadTalk and Daniel’s in Mumbai more.

Would I recommend trying it? If you’re curious and already exploring Osaka, yes. But if you don’t like egg-forward desserts, this one might be skippable.

Saving this for your Japan shopping and food itinerary? Add it to your list and decide for yourself.

Have you tried Rikuro’s cheesecake? Tell me your verdict below. 👇

Who said pizza can’t fit your goals? 🍕💚

This has officially become one of my favourite healthy swaps.

I used Gladful’s Ready-to-Mix Multi Spinach Lentil Cheela Mix as the base, topped it with low-fat paneer, veggies, pizza sauce and cheese, then air-fried it until perfectly crispy.

✨ Serves 1
💪 30g protein
🔥 Just 400 calories

It’s made with real vegetables, has no maida, no preservatives or artificial colours, and comes together in minutes—perfect for those busy days when you want something delicious without compromising on nutrition.

Would you try this instead of a regular pizza? 🍕 Save this for your next pizza craving!

🇯🇵 OUR EXACT 14-DAY JAPAN ITINERARY

We’ve travelled to almost 30 countries, and Japan was easily one of the hardest trips to plan. Every blog told us something different, so after weeks of research, this is the route we finally chose—and honestly, we’d do it almost exactly the same way again.

📍 TOKYO (ASAKUSA) — 4 NIGHTS

Why Asakusa?
✔️ Quieter than Shinjuku/Shibuya
✔️ More family-friendly
✔️ Great access to the rest of Tokyo

What we did:
• Sensoji Temple
• Tokyo Skytree
• TeamLab Planets
• Ginza
• Ueno

🚄 TOKYO → OSAKA
(Shinkansen)

📍 OSAKA — 2 NIGHTS

Why only 2 nights?
We felt it was enough time to experience Osaka without taking time away from Tokyo and Kyoto.

What we did:
• Dotonbori
• Osaka Castle
• Umeda Sky Building
• Shinsaibashi Shopping

🚄 OSAKA → KYOTO

📍 KYOTO (KAWARAMACHI) — 3 NIGHTS

If we could give only ONE accommodation tip for Kyoto:

👉 Stay in Kawaramachi.

It made getting around incredibly easy and gave us access to restaurants, shopping and public transport.

What we did:
• Fushimi Inari
• Arashiyama Bamboo Grove
• Kiyomizu-dera
• Nara Day Trip
• Nishiki Market
• Ninenzaka & Sannenzaka

🚄 KYOTO → TOKYO

📍 TOKYO (SHINJUKU) — 5 NIGHTS

We deliberately split Tokyo into two stays.

Most itineraries try to do Tokyo all at once, but Tokyo feels like multiple cities stitched together. Splitting it made the trip feel far less rushed.

What we did:
• Shibuya Crossing
• Shibuya Sky
• Harajuku
• Meiji Shrine
• Mount Fuji Day Trip

✨ Biggest lesson from the trip:

Don’t try to see everything.

We planned only 1–2 major activities per day, and that left room for the best parts of Japan:

☕ Tiny cafés
🍜 Amazing food
🚶 Random side streets
🛍️ Unexpected shopping finds

Those ended up being some of our favourite memories.

And yes… our unpopular opinion still stands:

We preferred Muji, Loft, Tokyu Hands, Itoya, Daiso, Matsumoto Kiyoshi and Sun Drug over Don Quijote. 😅

Questions? Drop them below and I’ll try to help.

I get DMs like this almost every day… so I finally turned my replies into a series. 🇯🇵✨

Japan for First Timers – Episode 1 🇯🇵

If you’re planning a 10–14 day Japan itinerary, don’t make the mistake of trying to see everything.

In this episode, I cover:
✔️ The best cities for a first Japan trip
✔️ How many days to spend in each
✔️ The easiest route with fewer hotel changes
✔️ My recommended Tokyo → Mt. Fuji → Kyoto itinerary

Tip: If you’re in Tokyo, consider day trips to Nikko for beautiful shrines or Yokohama for a bay view! And if you want an onsen experience, a night in Hakone is perfect. Pick what matches your pace!

Save this now because Episode 2 is all about the best areas to stay in Tokyo and Kyoto (budget + convenience).

If you have a Japan question, leave it in the comments—I might answer it in the next episode. ❤️
