*drum roll please* Congratulations Zainab on being selected for our pro-bono design initiative 🤍

Throughout March and April, we ran an open call to offer interior design for a meaningful cause.

One application was from an entrepreneur and creative therapist with a dream to create a therapeutic art
studio called Million Little Pieces.

Zainab’s vision was to build something for those who need more than a typical art space - particularly
People of Determination, children, and adults who struggle with verbal expression, emotional regulation,
or sensory overwhelm.

It was clear, like us, she believes design affects how safe, regulated, and open people feel.

We’re excited to be collaborating alongside Zainab, her team, and a bunch of great people to bring this beautiful vision to life. #probonodesign #millionlittlepieces #saystudio by @saystudio_dxb

Successful F&B design fuses function, form and culture.

When the right balance is achieved, the final results are social settings that tell a story, bring people together, and leave a lasting impression.

Fairmont Dubai was the first purpose-built hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road (swipe to see ➡️)

For it’s 20 year anniversary, SAY Studio supported the renovation of its suites and public areas.

Through the use of selective materials, coupled with an astute attention to detail, the team were able to reposition the hotel for new guests.

Last year, the property won Best Refurbished Hotel in the Middle East at the Business Traveller Awards 🏆️

As a UAE-founded company, there’s something particularly special about contributing to projects like this!

In hospitality design, the devil is in the details.

This all-day-dining concept in Dubai was designed to feel warm, layered, and immersive, balancing comfort with a sense of discovery.

The team selected natural materials, such as concrete, timber and ceramic, coupled with biophilic touches.

From the greenery and soft lighting to the material palette, seating, and decorative detailing, every element works together to create a dining environment that serves more than a function.

The interior design creates atmosphere, supports the guest journey, and offers a space people want to return to 💚 by @saystudio_dxb

A workplace designed for people making transformative change 🌍 @boehringer_mea

#workplacedesign #officeinteriors #sustainabledesign

For over 135 years, Boehringer Ingelheim has built its legacy around innovation and a deep understanding of the interconnected relationship between humans, animals, and the environment.

For its Riyadh office refurbishment, we translated their “Life Forward” philosophy into space ➡️

Beginning with a site analysis of the sun path, views, and existing floor plate, we planned the workplace to balance areas for individual focus with collaboration.

The design style marries bold, forward-thinking ideas with responsible materials and eco-friendly solutions.

More of our design thinking behind this project to come. In the meantime, we’d love to know what you think of the space 💬 by @saystudio_dxb

We’ve officially landed on the @sbidawards shortlist ✈️

After years of designing spaces for some of the world’s most notable brands, seeing the work receive recognition never gets old. We’re incredibly proud of the people behind our two shortlisted projects and everything that went into making them possible.

Your votes to win would mean a great deal to us. We’ll leave the links in the bio 🤍 #sbidawards #shortlisted #workplacedesign #saystudio by @saystudio_dxb

Meeting rooms that make Monday’s a little less daunting 😉

Every organisation has its own way of thinking and working. The best office design is never one-size-fits-all, it responds to the people and processes that make each business unique.

Which is your favourite? 😍💬 #workplaceinspiration #meetingroomdesign #saystudio by @saystudio_dxb

Bringing new energy into a Dubai hotel 💫

Another concept for a recent hospitality renovation, which covered the main entrance, lounge spaces, cafe, and valet parking lounge.

The upgrades elevated the hotel within a predetermined budget - which we believe is fundamental to the success of a project. #hoteldesign #saystudio by @saystudio_dxb
