5 things they don’t tell you about being a mum of 3 (brutally honest edition).

1️⃣ You will hide from your own children 🚽 but they will always find you!

2️⃣ Someone is ALWAYS crying - and sometimes it's you! No one knows why half the time, but it's happening.

3️⃣ You don’t stop arguments—you just referee from afar. 'If you don't stop that right now all your toys will be in the bin' on the regular.

4️⃣ One-on-one time feels like a luxury. Having just one child with you suddenly feels like a break! Why did I never think it was that easy when I only had one child!?

5️⃣ You lower your standards—and that’s survival, not failure. Dinner might be beige, the house might be chaos, but everyone’s alive and loved.

No one prepares you for the chaos, the noise, or the fact you’ll drink your coffee cold every single day…

…but somehow, you wouldn’t change it (even if you fantasise about a silent hotel room 😅)

Save this if you’re in the trenches or send it to a mum who gets it 🤍

4 hours sleep, 3 kids, zero energy… 😅
Thank goodness for a quick Huel breakfast — high protein, no fuss, and actually keeps me going.

I love the vanilla one, let me know in the comments which one is your fave?
