Sometimes the scoreboard doesn’t tell the whole story.

The only real loss in life is when you don’t learn from what happened. Every setback, every tough game, every moment that didn’t go the way you hoped is just another lesson that makes you stronger.

It’s tough saying goodbye to the senior group I started coaching three years ago. Watching them grow as players and young men has meant a lot.

This picture says it all.. we’re not looking back, only ahead. Keep Learning. Keep grinding. Keep believing. by @sb117143

That’s a wrap on the 2022 season!! Augusta 70.3 did not disappoint! Obv thanks to @nvdmcoaching for getting me to this point.. PR’ed by 19min at this distance!! However qualifying and placing box did not get checked.. ( back to the lab!). So grateful for such a great race but most importantly need to thank @bradleypartyof7 for the overwhelming and tremendous support through this season!! would not be possible w/ out you and our crew.. which is in mind every step of the race:))

Also big congrats to my teammates on a great day together @nancym48 @teamsaunderstri @julz.delvisco
