Yesterday was the bittersweet end to @stldancetheatre @stldancetheatre_trainees 2026 intensive. These two weeks pushed me out of a comfort zone by challenging me with styles of dances that I am not routinely training in.

Additionally, I became friends the most supportive and fun-loving group of people. Session two you will forever have my heart 💜! We pumped it up 🔝

This week at @linesballet has been nothing short of incredible. I am immensely grateful to all the teachers here for introducing and teaching me a new way of movement. Their guidance has truly changed my dancing for the better. Additionally, the people I have met here from all over the country are wonderful. Thank you LINES for an amazing week and the lifelong memories!
