Nothing like being a few months late in my recap. Took second in my class at the November @upa_events_ meet. Thanks to everyone that helped me get ready for this. @hartmanstrength for coaching me, @kj.cain for coaching me day of, @irvv37 for the nutrition coaching, @enitsirk_02 for putting up with me during prep and being in my corner no matter what. @kronlage_ryan @joel32smith @timwunder and everyone else at @engbarbell for being the best training partners and gym. @jonny2clawz and @the_big_lion_ always great sharing the platform with you. And if I missed anyone else I am sorry, it's been almost two months and I have the attention span of a goldfish. Can't wait to see what the next one holds.

Squat: 535 (13lb PR)
Bench: 320
Dead: 573(failed 600 but will get it in July)

Here comes another meet recap

Squat: 512.5 (28.5 lb PR)
Bench: 308.5
Deads: 573 (22lb meet PR)
Total: 1394 (44 lb total PR)

Had high hopes for this meet and we were able to accomplish one of my goals. Finally got my first 500lb squat, even better that it happened on the platform. Bench didn't go as well as I hoped but we knew this going in. Will tweak some things and get back to normal. Happy with the meet PR for deads but still chasing 600.

Big thank you to @hartmanstrength for coaching me and getting me ready for this meet. @irvv37 for helping with my diet and body work. @cainkurt thanks for handling and helping me call my numbers. Without that I wouldn't have hit the 512.5 squat. @enitsirk_02 thank you for everything you do and putting up with me, I love you. And finally I want to thank @engbarbell and everyone who makes up that family and my lifting partners. @kronlage_ryan @joel32smith @joespitler @jonny2clawz @screech00 @scandinavian_strength_ @benji_barbell @timwunder @johnson_power_ @aaron.schmitz.25 @james.mcarthur.powerlifting @peyton67hoyer @caits.gainz @bigpappakronk @kj.cain @the_big_lion_ @gavin_bell40 @cole.schwager @dwagz45 @sabes_lifts2 @mama_fierce563

Can't thank @apples42 and @alumniskateboarding enough for these! They turned out better than I imagined. I gave 0 input and told @apples42 to do his thing and he def did. Beyond happy with these customs. If you want something done hit him up, you won't be disappointed.
